Thursday the 16th
Karen Voight's Streamline fitness, total blody workout, both workouts (approx 25 minutes each); with 16 lb weights.

Bike later.
 
Friday the 17th
Karen Voight's Yoga Focus, two workouts of standing poses and mat stretches. Took about 50 minutes.

Some walking and bike tomorrow.
 
Sunday the 19th
KLaren Voight's Great Weighted Workout with 16 lbs weights and walking.

Monday the 20th
Kari Anderson's DVD Reach - both workouts, and bike later.
 
Your commitment is admirable! I wanted to say how much I like Karen Voight too, I have a couple of her DVD's and videos. My favorite was Streamlined fitness but the tape broke :( I also have her yoga one (orange case) and a pilates one but I don't have time to fit her in my schedule now since I've been doing the Body-for-Life program.

Tues the 21st
Kari Anderson's 30 minute Tone It Up with 16 lb weights which were kinda heavy.....
 
Wed the 22nd

The Firm's 5-day Abs and then Cory Everson's Get Hard Arm and Shoulders 30 minute workout with 16 lb weight. Skipped the fore arm workout, though.

Walking later but I may do the bike anyway if I'm not too tired.
 
Thurs the 22nd

Karen Voight's 50 minute Body Reform Ab and Back pilates tape.

I did not end up biking last night, i was too tired....and tonite I have a wedding so that means no bike and probably some food that's more calorie-laden than I usually would eat...

On the bright side, I'm not home to snack, though!
 
Friday the 23rd

Did Karen Voight's 40 minute Arms and Abs, a heavy, old tape from 1991 which has a Star Wars type intro!

Hopefully bike later!
 
Sunday the 26th

Karen Voight's Great Weight Workout with 16 lb weights, they're still pretty heavy and I don't get all the reps in, but I don't ache the next day! I did some walking around town that day so no bike later.

Monday the 27th

Karen Voight's orange Yoga tape, both workouts, about 45 minutes. Hopefully bike later!
 
Tuesday the 29th
Cindy Crawford's Shape Your body workout #3.

Saw the dr yesterday and had gained three lbs since Sept, wonder why I went to an all you can eat buffet anyway. I'm still stuffed!

Going to a wedding later so I hope between the extra walking and the dancing, that will help some. Course there's always too much to eat at parties.....
 
Thurs the 30th

Did Karen Voight's 40 minute full body Core Essentials Pilates with 10 lb weights. I think I'll add more weight next time.

Bike later.

Brought heavy cream for the coffee as per a coworker, but it had too fat of a taste for me. I prefer skim or lowfat milk anyway. He said he uses less sugar with it anyway, so it's not all that fattening, but it's not for me.
 
Friday the 31st

Did Kari Anderson's 50 minute Angles Lines and Curves tape #1; only some of it on fast forward (box says 40 minutes and I didn't have the 50 it actually took!)

Monday the 3rd
Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness, a 25 minute full body workout with weights, then half an hour of ab work and streches. I usually don't do a weight video two days in a row and I am feeling it............

Wed the 5th

Got a bit of a cold in my thoat and achiness which isn't going away, and DH was overnight in the hospital for chest pains, so life is a little bit rough lately.

Did Kari Anderson's 20 minute Curl video. Most of it, anyway. Doing a little walking later but taking it easy otherwise.
 
Thurs the 6th

Really am not myself with this cold and DH recovering, so only did The Firm's Five-Day Abs and The Firm's Five-Day Stretch.

Bike later, hopefully.

I know how it feels to be sick and try to train. Hope you feel better.
 
Friday the 7th

did not do bike yesterday. could have walked but did not.

Am still achey, wheezing like crazy,and not myself. I still wnat to "keep my hand in" so I did a workout like yesterday's; The Firm's Five-Day Abs and The Firm's Five-Day Stretch.
