Thurs the 18th

After punching the snooze twice, I was up and at 'em, enough to do Karen Voight's Core Essentials pilates with 10 lb weights.

I have been out a lot this week and last week, and I think it's starting to take its toll.

Oh, and bike later.
 
Friday the 19th
Kari Anderson's Angles Lines and Curves; well most of it anyway, on fast forward.

Did a ton of walking later; bike tomorrow.
 
I ended up walking on Saturday too.

Sunday the 21st
I did Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout, this time finally with double the weights, just like she does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took me YEARS to get there!
 
Monday the 22nd

I had a slepover guest to tend to, so I could only get in Kari Anderson's 20 minute Curl (stomach/back video) and The Firm's 5-day Stretch.

I was just bemoaning that all my yoga/stretching wasn't getting me anwywhere, but I think I actually stretfh a little more lately.

Bike later.
 
Tues the 23rd

Cindy Crawford's 45 minute Shape Your Body with Radu. Walking later.

I'm going to an ice cream social tonite so just hoping I don't oink.....I hear there's a chocolate fountain there, too!
 
Good luck with that girly! Chocolate is my favorite, as with many lol. But my best to you, and if you fall down don't be afraid to get back up again.

Sara, I ate two small marshmellows with a drop of chocolate on them, three small (probl. like 1/3 size) scoops of ice cream with some topping. and diet soda. Not too bad.

Wed. the 24th

Kari Anderson's 45 minute total body sculpting Angles Lines and Curves tape #1.

Could you believe that tonite I got invited to a friend's Persian feast?
 
Thurs the 25th
Karen Voight’s Streamline Fitness 40 minute full body workout with 16 lbs weights. Bike later.

Friday the 26th
Karen Voight’s Yoga Focus – both workouts, a lot of fast forward though. Bike tomorrow.
 
Sunday the 28th
Kathy Smith's one hour Lift Weifhts to Lose Weight #2, with 10 to 16 lb weights.

Wedding later, so that's be some walking and dancing. And prob. major eating!

Monday the 29th

Day trip upstate, so lots of hiking and walking and prob. just healthy food. I predict too many carbs though.
 
Tuesday the 30th
Did Cory Everson's Get Hard 30 minute arm and shoulder workout, with 10-16 lb weights, and then The Firm's 5-Day Abs.
Was a good girl and didn't eat anything extra or fattening!

Wed the 31st
Karen Voight's 50 minute Ab and Back Pilates workout. Walking later.
 
SlimSadie, when I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid at the end of the summmer of 2004, I was told to lose 25 lbs. And take better care of myself. That's when I started eating light and exercising consistently. I got the weight off and I'm keeping it off, this way!


Thursday June 1st

Kari Anderson's 30 minute Tone it Up, with 10-16 lb weights. Hopefully bike later.
 
Sunday the 4th
Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout with 10-16 lb weights.

Monday the 5th
Kari Anderson's Reach. the DVD has to be replaced; it doesn't work right. this is the 2nd time. Bike later.
 
Tues the 6th
Didn't get to the bike last night, but didn't eat anything fattening, either!

Karen Voight's 40 minute firm Arms and Abs, with 10-16 lb weights. Walking later.
 
i ADMIT IT. I CRACKED.

Thursday the 1st was just too hot to bike. I just didn't feel like it on the next scheduled date (Sat night the 3rd) and then Monday night June 5th, I told DD and DH that I was going on the bike, and promptly slept for an hour, followed by watching a movie then going to bed early.

Right, I'm a slob?
 
Thurs the 8th

Karen Voight's Core Essentials 40 minute full body workout with 10 lb weights.

I did not go to the wedding last night, I lay on the couch for a while and then ate cookies. Now my stomach hurts.

Bike later. It's been an entire week!
 
Friday the 9th

Kari Anderson's hour long Angles Lines and Curves tape #2. Some unprecented walking later.

Oh, and I still ate cookies last night but less of them..and going on the bike felt Great!
