Sunday the 9th
Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight #2, with 16 lb weights, a 60 minute total body tape. Body ached until Wednesday!

Tuesday the 10th
Kari Anderson's 30 minute Tone it Up, with 16 lb weights.
 
Wed the 12th

The Firm's 5-day Stretch, about 6 minutes, and Kari Anderson's Curl, about 20 minutes.
 
Saturday the 15th
Packed up a lot of videos to lend DD's friend, hope she likes them...I'm doing the bike tonite and whatever she left me tomorrow!
 
Tues the 18th
Cory Everson's Get hard Arms and Shoulder workout, with 16 lb weights for some, and 10 for the other.and 5 day Abs from the Firm.
 
Friday the 21st
Karen Voight's 50 minute tape, Firm Arms and Abs. Bike later or tomorrw.

Passover holiday is finally over and I think I escaped with minimal weight gain! I'm used to bigger meals now, but my sugar craving is at an all time low!
 
Sunday the 23rd
Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight #2, with the 16 lb weights for most of it; a LOT of walking later; I took the kids out shopping, and we didn't even eat lunch. I was too tired to make a big dinner, either.

Monday the 24th
My legs still ache from the lunges that Kathy Smith had me to yesterday; so I didn't do a yoga tape like I usually do on Mondays. Instead, I did Karen Voight's Body Reform Abs and Back, a 50 minute pilates tape. Bike later.
 
Tues the 25th

I was feeling a little lazy and too warm, but I pinned up my hair, opened the window, and did the Cindy Crawford's Shape Your Body with Radu anyway, 45minutes of hard activity!

Lots of walking later.

Oh, and I finished up all the high fat cookies I was treating myself to so there are no more in the house. I am putting low fat coffee and chocolate ices in the freezer later; wish i had done that this morning!
 
Wed the 26h
Karen Voight’s Yoga Sculpt, both workouts. Also, a lot of walking and only a few chocolates (choc. cov. pistachios and choc cov. pretzel hunks).

Thurs the 27th
Karen Voight’s 40 minute total body Core Essentials Pilates, the arms and abs section with 10 lbs. of weights. I have an event tonite so probably no biking, but I doubt I’ll eat anything fattening, either (I bring the veggie platter!)
 
Friday the 28th

I had a thing this morning, so I could only do The Firm's 5-Day Abs and The Firm's 5-Day Stretch.

They served breakfast there, but I didn't overeat, though.

Bike later or tomorrow.

as i can see u are doing kathy smith..i have lift weight and lose weight too does it work?i havent tried it yet
i will get my slim in 6 DVDs next week..i am really looking forward to it
 
SlimSadie, I have had two of her tapes; I didn't like one and sold it on half.com. But I like that one a lot.

Sunday the 30th
I did Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout for the first time in several weeks since I had lent it to my daughter's friend. It felt good to have it back and use the weights!

I did a tremendous amount of walking that day, too.

Monday the 1st
I usually do yoga but instead did Kari Anderson's Angles LInes and Curves tape #2. Bike later.

Tuesday
Cindy Crawford's Shape Your Body 40 minute full body workout with 16 lbs weights and walking later.
 
Wed the 3rd

Kari Anderson's 50 minute body sculpting Angle Lines and Curves tape #1 and a lot of walking later.

I didn't eat any snacks yesterday!
 
Thurs the 4th
Karen Voight's Streamlined Fitness with 16 lbs weights; now I can do the entire ab section and am looking for "more", lol. (for almost a year, first I couldn't do any...then I could do one or two...now I can do them all)

I was too busy to eat any snacks. I even didn't finish my lunch.

Oh, and bike later.

Friday, May 5th
Karen Voight's Yoga Focus. Bike later or tomorrow.
 
Thanks for asking, I should measure myself, besides just weighing myself most every Tuesday.

Sunday May 7th
Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout with 16 lbs weights.

No walking; I puttered around the house too much

I did get out to an engagement party that night...I ate just a bite of a few things. Most weren't good enough to finish.
 
Wed May 10th and Thurs. May 11th

I got up around 5 AM to go to a Retreat for two days. So, I did no official exercise videos as I am used to doing, but I took a yoga/movement class everyday, and hiked every day.

The food was all natural and healthy…I just hope I didn’t eat too much of it!

Friday May 12th

Kari Anderson’s 30 minute full body Tone It Up with 10 and 16 lb weights.

Bike later.
 
Sunday the 14th

I did Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight #2, I think I am going to alternate her tape with Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout. I always use 16 lb weights.

Did some walking and shlepping.......went to a party later and ate too much of a few things, though.

Monday the 15th

Instead of yoga Monday, I did Reach with Kari Anderson. My legs stilll ache from yesterdahy!

But bike later!
 
Tues the 16th

Did Karen Voight's Firm Arms and Abs, 40 minutes, with 16 lb weights for some of it, 10 at other parts, and 6 lb for the end.

Going to a weddign later so there will be xtra walking and some dancing, but hopefully not too many fattening things to eat....
