Wed the 15th

Did Karen Voight's 50 minutes Body Reform Abs and Back. Hopefully walking later, but with all this ice and snow, it's hardly worth it.....
 
Thurs the 16th

Cory Everson's Get Hard arm and shoulder 30 minute workout, with 16 lb weights. The Firm's 5-day Abs, day three.

Bike later.
 
Friday the 17th

Karen Voight's orange Yoga Stretch video, 25 minutes of poses and 20 minutes of stretch and mat work.

Most probably bike later and tomorrow.
 
Saturday the 18th
Yeah, did the bike, dialed up the resistence to about 8:00.

Sunday the 19th
Great Weighted Workout with 2 6 1/2 lb weights...and bike later, lowered resistence though.

Monday the 20th
Living Well Yoga's lower body tape and The Firm's 5-day Abs. Bike later if I don't get out to do walking.
 
Friday the 24th

Did Kari Anderson's 45 minute stretch/body sculpt Angle Lines and Curves!Did NOT do the bike lat night, instead did 2 hours of walking around the cold city streets with DD and I'm still exhausted (Friday late morning!)

Bike later, if I live....
 
Sunday the 26th
B/c of busy schedule, I did Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight #2, with a variety of weights. No bike, I ran around like a crazy all day.

Monday the 28th
Living Well Yoga's lower body 30 minute tape, plus Day 5 of The Firm's 5-day abs.
And bike later!
 
Tuesday the 28th
I did Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness, both workouts, the upper body part with 12lb weights and I alse did the lower body/yoga stretch. It's about 45 minutes.

I still have to modify the abs section, but I'm getting there, slowly!

No bike later, I'll be walking in the cold!
 
Wed, March 1st

The entire Kari Anderson DVD Reach - standing, matwork, and stretch (took about 40 minutes on fast forward).

Walking later.
 
Monday the 6th
Karen Voight's 50 minutes Arms and Abs, no bike later as my knees are acting up.....

Tuesday the 7th
Kari Anderson's 30 minute total body Tone It Up, and walking later.
 
Wed the 8th
Cory Everson's 30 minute Arm and Shoulders video with 16 lbs of weight, and the Firm's 5-day abs (day 1). Walking later.
 
Thursday March 9th
karen Voight's (orange) Yoga video, both workouts, about 45 minutes of poses and stretches.

Bike later. And my physical therapy knee strengthening exercises, since my knees have been "acting up".
 
Friday the 10th

Cindy Crawford's first workout on her VHS Shape Your Body with Radu, about 45 minutes.

Physical therapy stretches later.
 
Saturday March 11th
Bike, only 30 minutes and less intense, due to knee pain.

Sunday trhe 12th
Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout with 13 lbs of weight and a LOT of walking afterwards.

Monday the 13th
Kari Anderson's Angles Lines and Curves #2, bike later.
 
Tuesday the 14th
Karen Voight's Core Essential Pilates with 10 lb weights, a 40 minute full body workout. Walking later.
