Wed the 28th

Hey all, just checking in to say Hi!

Every morning, I walked over to the new apt with a few heavy bags.
Every lunch break, I am out walking, to do errands.
On the way home, I shlep stuff to the new apt. And walk home.
And some evenings, I go back, too!

I lost 5 lbs from being so busy!
 
Monday the 10th

Woke up with bad cramps and headache but managed to do Kari Anderson's 20 minute Curl (ab and back workout) as well as day two of the Firm's 5-Day Stretch.

Bike or walking later (got to get DD registered for 12th grade).
 
Yup, I'm back in a BIG way. I lost so much weight, I just got to keep what I've got FIRM.

Tuesday, the 11th

Cindy Crawford's Shape your Body Workout #1, 45 minutes of total body work with 16 lb weights.

Lots of walking later and tonite.
 
What level of ability is that video? I want to start up with a good yoga video but have no idea what's out there. Do you like it?
 
Stingo, all my yoga videos are beginner/intermediate. I'm low tone and not very flexible.

Slim Sadie, I started with NO weights. Believe me, you'll get there!!!

Thursday July 13th

Karen Voight's 40 minute total body Core Essential Pilates, with 10 lb weights. Biking later.

Oh, and I was gifted some fancy chocolates but I'm not in a craving mood so they're safely in the fridge!!!!!!

I can't think of the last time I either overate or even baked .................it's got to be at least 2 mos............

That's good. I'm happy for you. I wish I could do that, but I'll get there. I also seem to eat sweets when I'm at Greene's mom and dad's house. I really should stop doing that.:D
