Thursday the 27th

Cindy Crawford & Radu’s Shape your Body 40 minute full body workout with 16 lb weights. Bike later.

My little chocolates – that I sneak and eat one at a time – are less than 50 calories and 3 g of fat each, I shouldn’t dole them out so sparingly…..
 
Friday the 28th

Karen Voight’s 45 minute Yoga Sculpt (orange tape). I did everything properly, almost no fast forwarding, then when I realized I was going to miss my train, I had to hustle to the station….missed it anyway.

Got some cardio in there, lol.
 
Just wanted to say I'm impressed with your determination to actually use the tapes you buy. So many people buy them with good intentions but somehow just don't seem to make that last jump into doing 'em. More power to ya.
 
Walked on Saturday, no bike……Sunday, Great Weighted Workout with Karen Voight as usual…with 16 lbers….

Monday the 21st

Karen Voight’s Firm Arms and Abs….bike later.
 
Tuesday the 1st

Karen Voight’s 40 minute total body Core Essential Pilates with 10 lb weights. Some waking today but nothing major; I hear the heat index in NYC is going to be 110 degrees!
 
Wed the 2nd

Karen Voight's 45 minute Yoga Focus, both workouts. Barely any walking today; I hear the heat index will be 120, the hottest it's been in 5 years!
 
Wow, I'm really impressed with the size of your weights. Did it take you a long time to work up to them, or were you strong to begin with?

i just bought that tape,it is a kick butt workout,that i have no energies to keep up with ,i am amazed how tough workouts u can do easily,one day i will be able to do so too,hopefully:)
 
My Cindy tape is my toughest tape, that's for sure.

As I've said before, I'm lo-tone and was a very weak kid and young adult...I started with no weights at all and worked up to these.

anyway............

Friday the 4th

Didn't feel that great with the heat and humidity; .....I did Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness. I started with 16 lb weights but had to go back to 10's after a while.
 
Saturday the 5th

Did you see my question about side/rib pain; don't know if I should be pushing my luck by working out with weights.....
 
mONDAY THE 7TH

Did Kari Anderson's 30 minute Tone It up with 6 lb weights. Well, most of it anyway.

Also - I don't feel well at this weight, I decided - 109 is not enough to give me energy. I don't know what I'll do about it, though.....it was a lot of hard work to get here!
 
Oh, and I did 40 minutes on the bike, Monday night, too.
