Saturday the 15th
No bike but but walked with friends to the park.

Sunday the 16th
Great Weighted Workout with Karen Voight, with 10 and 12 lb weights. Crazy amount of walking in the extreme heat with DD throught the Village, Tribeca, and Soho.

Monday the 17th

Karen Voight's 50 minute Yoga Focus, bike later if I don't die of the heat.
 
Tues the 18th

Karen Voight's full body 50 minute Streamline fitness.
No bike yesterday; it was just too hot.

Oh....and I ate a tiny chocolate..........

It's near 100, I know not as hot as Texas, but maybe you all have better ac; I stand on a lot of hot subway platforms and walk and go other places that have no ac.

It's very hard to be outside; I truly feel sick!

they are way too Fast ,and i can never do that
i just watched the tape,and i was tired:p

I have just Kath Smith's LIft Weights to Lose Weights. I didn't like the others of hers that I have so I sold them or gave them away.

Karen Voight's Great WEighted Workout, with 10-16 lb weights.
 
Monday the 24th

Kari Anderson's hour long stretch/body sculpting workout. Bike later.

Oh, and on Sunday, I oinked two small chocolates..and some chocolate ice cream. But some, not a lot.....
 
Tuesday July 25th

Cory Everson’s Get Hard 30 minute Arm and Shoulder Workout (I fast forwarded the forearm part). Kari Anderson’s 20 minute Curl Ab and Back workout.

Some walking later….but I’m having a lunch meeting with a special lunch ordered for me….so I’ll probably eat more than usual, but not radically unhealthfully.

And I have a 60th birthday tonite and I’m bringing the vegetable platter so at least I know I can have something there………..

Karen Voight's Pure and Simple Stretch, a 35 minute full body stretch.....it was too slow for me so I might do it on fast forward if I don't sell it on half.com
