Kiri-Diary

Except that I don't think editing will bump the post up, since you're not adding a new post...

Great goals by the way - I'm sure you'll achieve them.

i thought about it. It's just for me to find that particular posting easier. u have other suggestion?

My cardio miles sux today :/
Didn't even make 3miles today. Got interrupted to join sister's measurement session. 9 more miles to go. If I don't make it to the gym I might have to run outdoor. ... but i just check the forecast said it will rain/drizzle thru the weekend... T.T

Posting 'em once every week or two weeks in your diary?

hm... i guess i post it every week then. Althou the ticker i made is automatically updated as I changed the link source. (see above on prev post, it changed already) I just like doing that for fun and motivation :D

DAY 59 Workout

Okee... TM is tough on milage. Spent 45 min for barely touching 3 miles! I know because I wasn't running non-stop. But w/e. I played around with different inclines and speed. Fun and less boring. Manages to sneak in 2.9 miles :D only 0.1 more.... dam machine stopped dead :p
Add 10 min yoga to cool down. Simple poses from SI6.

Panda is getting close to mark, I am hoping to go in for a final run on Sunday to wrap the week.

Went to REI to check out the HRM that has calorie burning meter. I hate going there... service always sux! Or is it because of the location? Seems like everyone is on weed or something -.-; So ended up just staring at the models from behind the glass.
Anyway, I went there to check out Polar, but the Timex one looks awfully nice and small too. Time for more research.

I have the Polar F11 myself and like it a lot. It's a good all around general HRM (though a bit pricey).
