DAY 52 (Fri) 12/29
Supp: fish oil
B: oatmeal raisin apple cinnamon brw sugar blackberries + milk/coffee w/ brw sugar
S: 1 wht crk + 1/2 fruit tart w/ blueberry + 1/2 strawberry danish
L: a bowl of vegie/chicken stew
Supp: fish oil + multi vit + CLA
** bought new supply of vits and trying CLA for the next 45 days. That's 4g of CLA a day **
S/D: 2 string cheese + 10-15 wheat crackers + 1 slc wwb + turkey breast on chili sauce.
S: 1 cup of bbq pork/pei-tan rice porridge (congee) + yao-thew (fried chinese bread) ~~ gah.. should not have done that... Now I'm too full & sleepy.. .:/

Afternoon workout:
Light Session 30 min, various moves to warm up body and break some sweat (taking moves from SI6) - jog, arms lift up and side to sides, squats, squats w/ side kick, step back lunges w/ pulses, leg lifts on matt, push ups, stretch, yoga.
** I am taking it ez today, or tried to. Now I am sitting down, and itching to start some workout. May be I will do SI6 phase1 for 25min later.

**Bought new multi vits, this one for active women (added electrolytes etc), and CLA.

Last night I got my stretch. This morning omg.... I haven't done zilch! :eek:
Got carried away writing journal about my sis's weight loss progress. Ok, after this post Im heading up to shower and go out for a walk for a fresh air, then wrap up the day with good ol' Debbie-babie :D
 
My body punished me for indulging yesterday. It's perculating-happy since breakfast ... :/ *gulping more water* until this afternoon. At least good to know my flushing system is working :D
 
I made my hummus! I used too much lime juice though so it's a bit limey ^^; Other than that it's beany. Garbanzos beans, olives (i like bits and pieces of olives in my hummus), olive oil, a bit of sesame oil (i dont hv tahini), black pepper, red pepper, white pepper (spicy!), garlic powder, lime juice (next time just 1/2 a lime), and dried parsley. I didn't add salt coz it tastes salty enough already. Mmm this will be my snack companion for the next couple of days!
 
I'm bakin oatmeal raisin cookies! Been a while since I bake something. And just found out my measuring cup is for spoons and not for 'cup' ... doh...
I should learn to beat the eggs using left hand to even out the muscle.

Ok, I don't have the iron will to not taste the cookies. So I did. a pinch of the dough and then 1 cookie. I don't feel good afterward. Queasy stomach. A bit nauseous. :/ What is up with me? :confuse: I feel like i have food poisoning or something ... Just cant even figure out from what. Or may be I catch a cold...
 
DAY 53 (Sat) 12/30

Supp: Fish oil + CLA
B: oatmeal raisin apple cinnamon blackberry brown sugar
Supp: multi vit + fish oil
L: a bowl of Beef Udon Soup ala shabu2 w/ the ponzu sauce + 1/4 cup of milk coffee (half milk half coffee 1 tsp brw sgr)
S: 2 wheat crk w/ 1 tbs hummus
S: 2 pcs vienna sausage, 1 tsp of rice + 2 wheat crackers w/ 1 tbs hummus + 1 oatmeal raisin cookie (small 1"d)
Supp: multi vits + CLA

Evening workout: SI6 (90% intensity, skipping some crunches & obliques with jog in place)

D: vegi stew with chunks of chicken breast. ~~ not really feeling up to eating but figured I gotta have something after working out. Really not feel good. I think I do catch a cold from the afternoon walk. Either that I ate too much beef and the broth, coz I keep burping that *yech*
 
The fragrance of the cookie actually made me feel ill... the sweet buttery smell that I usually love... :( and now hubby jumped the wagon said there was something in the ingredient of the cookie, coz he kinda felt itchy like when he drank beer. -.-; bah.

After hot shower, into comfy pj and browsing forums, drinking water.. now i feel muuuuch better.

i am sorry u arent feeling well..for nauseated feeling i would suggest squeeze half a lemon in 7up and a pinch of salt and just drnk it its very refreshing and stabalises any digestion probs:)

I feel better today, although got a headache in the morning. Nothing Advil can't take care off ;)

Relaxing night to ring in the new year. Hanging out at home, watching DVD, play video games, eat pizza (lol yes, pizza...) and browsing the forum. :D

... being technically adult woman for over decades now, I should va known better, right? ... ^0^; hehe apparently not. All the nauseated feeling and craps were a simple 3 letter word: P M S ... Orz....

Afternoon workout: body warmup/cardio 15-20 min + SI6 48 min

S: 1 tangerine
Supp: fo cla vit
L: 1 cup vegie w/ white chicken stew
S: salad w/ raspberry vin dressing on side + 1 string cheez + 4 wheat crackers
S: 1 banana + almonds 1 tbs raisin 1 tsp brw sugar 1/2 tsp chocolate sprinkle dash nutmeg (nuke it for 1 min ^_^)
S: (while waiting for 2.5 hrs with sister at the airport @.@) 1 string cheese + about 4 tbs Black olive hummus + 10(?) wheat crackers
D: Chicken breast (dregged lightly in flour, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, italian herb) fried in ollve oil + italian squash & carrots sauted in oilve oil w/ italian herb + 2 Pop corn chicken

I can't believe I actually, finally, count my calories! I mean, getting actual number! So, according to CC today I ate about 1300 cal (rounding up some measurements or serving amount). Minus my workout today, it ain't bad. I was hoping to eat closer to 1200. :p The snacking while waiting at the airport jacked up the numbers.
 
Gaaah back to work....
Actually not that I really mind. I drink better and eat better during workdays. But.. nothing beats lounging around at home throughout the holiday :D

DAY 56 WORKOUT

It feels so good to get back on routine! ^_^b

Got home at 5:30p, changed & then get started:

HOME: Warm up 5min + SI6 48min
GYM: Elliptical 40 min (10min cooldown) @ 10 intensity, 400.4 cal, 4.71 miles

**Note: I was a bit worried that I won;t be able to meet my cardio-miles goal of 15miles/week. But today I breezed through at 4! Crozz my finger the rest of the week gona be a smoothie like today ^^;

DAY 56 (Tue) 1/2

S: a bite of pure protein bar (blueberry pie)
Supp: fo 2cla vit
L: subway turkeywich 6" (280)
S: 1/4 pure protein bar (blueberry pie) + 1 wheat crackers + 1 chocolate bottle w/ liquor + a slice of spiced-sherry/rum cake! ~ SO GOOD It's gotta be loaded with cals!
S: 1 string cheese + 5 wheat crackers
D: medium shell pasta + shrimp + crab meat + brocolli sauted in olive oil/sherry w/ garlic, peppers, italian herb, dash salt

Was a bit woozy and dry-throat later at night, after dinner & freshen up. So decided to grab a snack @.@
S: 2 tangerines sml

GOAL for JANUARY:
- E: cardio for 15 miles/week (tracker made)
- E: workout session of 1000 minutes in January (tracker made)
- F: drink 1500ml of water a day (haven't made the tracker yet)

I am going to make a new thread where I will continually edit the first post with my progress. Comments, suggestions, motivation to get me to my goals are more than welcome :D
