Ok, not too bad - a weight loss this week, although I was 189 before ToM started sneaking up on me...the mid month heavies!! so really I think I've lost 3-4lbs this month already. I think I have a good chance of hitting goal this month...or exceeding it!! Woot!

Weekly Tip: Bring at least one meal/snack with you if there's any doubt you'll have access to food in the next few hours- yesterday there was flash flooding and I couldn't get home for half the day and had to rely on gas station food!
Weekly Warning: If you don't have much left to lose, having a cheat meal every other day doesn't work so well. vv

i thought i would be the first to update this morning at 8 am. but i see some people updated at 130 am last night =)

I need to drink way more water to stabilize my weight more. still drinking mostly 0 calorie diet soda. hope everyone had a good weigh in this morning. no wammys no wammys no wammys woot 210

Make your exercise routine as fun as possible. I just purchased an iPod over the weekend and downloaded a lot of my favorite songs. Now, I've been walking on a trail we have in our town and it's been a lot of fun thanks to the high energy music I've downloaded.

Keep "bad foods" (ie. the ones you crave out of your home. I hadn't really had trouble with this the first week but this week I ate a lot of food I wasn't supposed to because it was my father's birthday and we had cake, cupcakes, chips, dip, ect. And I made the mistake of keeping the leftovers. Now, I know that next time we have a party we'll have that food up just that day and then rest will either be given away or disposed off because the longer it stays in my home, the more prone I am to eating or even binging on it.
