I'm so frustrated today I don't have a lot of motivating things to give the group - sorry. :( I have horrible PMS cravings which are driving me crazy nevermind the crankiness and wanting everyone to leave me alone. I just want to hide under my covers for the next few days with a salt lick. My eating has been crap for the last few days and by the grace of someone I still managed to lose 0.7lbs. My exercise has been going really well which is good.

Ugh, these cravings are driving me crazy though. If anyone has any advice for me, I'm all for it!!!
 
if the craving is for sweets watermelon or even better fresh blueberries always does the trick for me

Size32 - I wish it was sweets! I feel like that might be easier for some reason! No, the cravings are for salty foods. Salty, fatty and meaty foods. I can usually slip by through using pickles and marinated mushrooms. Unfortunately, I didn't have any at hand this time around. Should have gotten some for myself. Blah! At least the worst has passed! Yay!! :hurray:

OK. Back on track and ready for week two. Let's bring it on!!!

woohoo, very stoked for weigh in! As of now I am .2 pounds away from hitting my June goal! I am going to keep pushing this month and hope instead of hitting 156 I can hit 154-153 :D Hope everyone's scale is being nice!

This surprised me, I was thinking I may have hit a 4lb week, but I absolutely killed it this week. We went to Edmonton this weekend and I had absolute will power, no beer, no chips, small portions of dinner and dessert. I earned this, and have met my August Goal of 275 two months early. I will set my new goal of 250 by September 30th
 
I'm traveling to my hometown on July 4 and will be at a high school reunion-type event on July 17. I'd like to feel a bit better about myself by then and have more confidence.....

Weekly Tip: Support means...everything! If you can find somebody to cheer you on, it makes this all twice as easy. And this forum is a great place to find that.

Weekly Warning: Don't get too busy and undereat. I think this can be hard for some of us fatties that see ourselves as "good eaters". I NEVER thought I'd see the day that I was "too busy" to eat!!

Ok, so again its this 2nd/3rd week of the month that really gets me down. I'm beginning to think that I dreamed going down to 189 at some point this month!!! I'm going to go for a run tonight and THEN weigh myself!! Then I might come back here and go "yeah well its still the 22nd so I can change my weigh in results!!" LOL...I'm always like 3lbs lighter after a run heheheh.

EDIT: weighed again in the evening and am now 190.6 so that's more like it!
