I'm so frustrated today I don't have a lot of motivating things to give the group - sorry. I have horrible PMS cravings which are driving me crazy nevermind the crankiness and wanting everyone to leave me alone. I just want to hide under my covers for the next few days with a salt lick. My eating has been crap for the last few days and by the grace of someone I still managed to lose 0.7lbs. My exercise has been going really well which is good.
Ugh, these cravings are driving me crazy though. If anyone has any advice for me, I'm all for it!!!
