Im really happy with my challenges numbers. although there is clearly some
water weight loss. i really thought the last week was going to be a wash. i was
bouncing between 206 and 209 for 6 days straight. then on weigh in day it
dropped a pound for a last week of 205. I am 5 pounds from my mini goal of
being under 200 pounds again. I hope everyone enjoyed this months challenge
and i see everyone hopefully again next month. never give up!

Weekly warning: Be careful with cravings - write down when you have one. Recognize it. And remind yourself that you DO NOT cave into cravings!

So I'm 2 lbs away from the June goal, but I lost 5lbs - a consistent loss of about 1lb per week or so. I'm superbly happy about it. I'm starting to feel the loss as well - I'm down 11lbs total! And I LOVE my gym routine!!

Boy did I peeter out this week! My husband's hometown (and now my hometown) had their big centennial celebration this last weekend and I did too much celebrating I think. I went from 157.1 back up to 160 by Saturday night, then managed to get back down to 156.8 just in time for weigh in today. I made my goal though, so I guess I'm pretty happy about that!

On to the next challenge!

My sister came home this week, and we've just been eating like crazy. So many dinners, but so fun! =) For the most of the week I've been ~145, but today I was 144. So I'm guessing I'm around 145~144lbs right now.

I'm ok that I didn't reach goal, but I will work harder next month! (I lost 5-6lbs though, that's not tooo too shabby!)

Not completely at my goal, though the lowest I saw during the week was 168.8 lbs, so I'm happy with that.

June 14:198.8 ( That's -3.8lbs !!!! I'm SO happy with this!!!! The 190's are feeling GOOD! And I'm feeling like I really can make my goal this month!!)
June 21: 197.6- Lost -1.2 lbs this week. That puts me at a -6.1 loss for the months so far. That means that my 8 lb goal is reachable by the end of the month! This is going way better than the May challenge did for me! Yay!
June 27: 194 3.6 lbs are gone this week!! SO thrilling! And that puts me at 1.7 lbs below my end of the month goal!
It would be fun if I'd lose another .3 lbs by Wednesday. That would put me at a 10 pound loss for the month! I like nice, round numbers like that!

June 30 (final result): 192.5!!! (-1.5lost this week). Total loss for the month: -11.2lbs

I'm So happy with my final result! I didn't believe I could lose 11.2 lbs this months! That's WAY below my goal of 8lbs!:party:

This challenge went much better than the May Challenge did for me. I think I was eating too little back then. Our cat had to be put down and I was so sad that I had trouble choking down enough food.

But this month has been amazing! I just hope the July challenge goes just as well. I'll try to lose 10lbs for that....

It's really inspiring to read over all the ending posts and see how much everybody lost during this challenge! Good job, June Challenge participants!

Hi guys - some fantastic end results for people this month! Well done Rox - left those 200s for good!!!

Here's my month end figures:
Current Weight: 192.8 lbs
June Weight Loss Goal: 187.8lbs

June 1: 192.8
June 8: goal:191 actual: 192.0 (0.8lb down)
June 15: goal:190 actual: 191.0 (1.8lb down)
June 22: goal:190 actual: 190.6 (2.2lb down - but ToM so always up up up)
June 30: goal:188 actual: 188.4 (4.4lb down!)

W00T! I was aiming for somewhere around 187-188 so I am happy - its going slowly but surely!! I can cope with 4-5lbs a month coming off - give my skin some time to shrink!! Can't believe I am 0.4lbs off of my 50lbs marker!! PAH!!! Off for a 5km run now, so bet I'll weigh less when I get back!
 
Sorry I'm late in posting. Have been busy here with having my oldest son called into active duty (he is in Texas National Guard) to go south and be prepared to help with Hurricane Alex. As well as helping my youngest pack his things so he can move out on his own.

I didn't make my goal of being 309, but got closer :)
Considering the things mentioned plus my scale being wacky I guess I didn't do too bad this week (actually the whole month overall), still lost about 6lbs :)

Hey, juni. Keep your head up, at your weight it's very hard to lose; as long as you're not gaining it's all good. You'll get there! :) I so envy you only needing to lose 3.6 more pounds! WOW!! Awesome!
