YAHOO! So happy I'm actually losing again! that plateau from last month is BUSTED!

Starting weight (July 1): 85.4kg

GOAL: To get into a healthy BMI, but I really hope I'll be there earlier than the end of July! DONE!!! SMASHED!!!

I REALLLLLY want to get to 83kg. WOAH that would be awesome. I can't even imagine it at the moment, and it's only two kilos away! Not there yet, but I can begin to imagine it happening now!

So I'm down to 178! So this was my mini goal, now for the real one 175! I know I can do it. I was actually down to 177.2 earlier week. 2 more weigh ins and 3 pounds to go!

Hope everyone else is doing well, keep it going. 2 weeks left, we can reach our goals if we really give 'er!

Don't ask why...even if I cheated with food I compensated by exercising but seems it isn't enough. I'm thinking seriously in buying another scale...it might seem stupid, but when u move it a bit shows 2kg plus..then minus..and so on...I never know how much I actually weight. Someone was saying: try to use it every time in the same place...it's not the place, I noticed it's the mood of the bloody scale. and it's making me depressed. I hate electronic scales..if only I wouldn't had weighted airport luggage on it, I'd still have my mechanical one..that was brilliant!
