I'd be up for an August Challenge but maybe we could spice it up a bit? Just an idea but maybe in addition to the weekly reported weigh ins, we challenge ourselves to do something more than what we're already doing.
For example, I challenge myself to lose X pounds in August and I challenge myself to go to a spinning class once a week, in addition to my usual exercise routine. And then we report not only our weight loss but also our own personal challenges. This could help kick start these weight losses, maybe we'll see a difference in the weigh ins. What do you guys think?
