Start Weight: 250 (16/05/2011)
Current: 244 (27/05/2011)
1st Goal:238 (by June 18th would be fab)
2nd Goal:231 (by july 15th would be great)
3rd Goal:224 (by Aug 12th would be great)

Well, I have been struggling a bit for the past week, but I'm going to see this challenge as a fresh start!

5th July- 184.9 (13 stone 3)
12th- 185.0 Bah! -nothing
20th- 178.4 -6.6 POUNDS, HOW?????!!!!!!!! :D
26th- 177.8 -0.6 :( But my own fault.
3rd - 174.6 -3.2lbs :D

= Total loss of 10.3 lbs AND A 25.7 BMI!!!!!!!!!!!!

6 lbs= goodish (will get me out of the 180's)
7.5 lbs = brill
9bs = AMAZING! I would be at the half way point in my weight loss journey.

I'm in again. My weight on 30th June was 94.7 kilos, or 208.34 pounds. So my goal for July will be to lose > 8 lbs. In other words, I wanna enter Onederland! I'm not sure I'll actually do it this month, but I'm going to be giving it my best.

Sorry I haven't posted my weight for July 1st. I have been very busy and I haven't been exercising very much. My right knee has been bothering me and hurting really bad. As of today my knee feels good so I headed back to the gym today and weighed myself. I'm surprised I dropped some weight (I did the occasional situps and push ups when my knee was hurt) since I haven't been to the gym. The last time I weighed myself I was 277lbs. I'm heading back to the gym with a vengeance now. Push hard everybody and drop those pounds!

July 6: 85.0kg: -0.4kg FINALLLLLLY I am losing something again, after three weeks of nothing!

GOAL: To get into a healthy BMI, but I really hope I'll be there much earlier than the end of July!
I REALLLLLY want to get to 83kg. WOAH that would be awesome. I can't even imagine it at the moment, and it's only two kilos away!

I'm not sure how I lost that much weight in a short amount of time! I know I worked my butt off the last couple of days. I lift for about 30 minutes and then do 30 minutes of cardio (usually HIIT). Next day I do 1 hour of cardio (bike, treadmill, elliptical) and so forth. I'm just happy I'm dropping weight because I thought I could never do this. :)

Good job to everybody else who has posted their weigh loss. Keep pushing people! Remember people, one day at a time.

im seriously jealous of u :( you are doing brill your a fat burning machine- you should bottle yourself and sell it:)
