Total loss: ______

Starting late, but those are my approximate weights so far. I've recently gained a bunch of weight and am just starting out on my journey again, so I'm dropping a bunch of water weight.

Edited for my July 15 weight! Also, I feel kind of stupid with my ridiculously high losses. Six pounds two weeks in a row?! I'm trying to do everything as healthy as possible, I promise! I've always lost weight quickly when starting out.

Edited for my July 22 weight! Lost two pounds this week and am very happy with that.

Oh well, at least it is in the right direction!

I'm in!

Okay, so it's a bit late - I'm joining July 10th, and don't care if I lose the whole 10 pounds by month's end, but this seemed to be the most active July challenge stream. Here goes:

Last time I checked I was 139.4 pounds. I will weigh in tomorrow and then make all the other weigh-ins. Ultimate goal is 120 pounds but I will be happy at 123. I am 5'4" and 34 yrs old.

Ok, so sure enough, I am still 139.4 pounds, and I worked out hard and ate lighter yesterday...I sure hope this isn't going to be near-impossible.

Who's ready for weigh-ins tomorrow? I know I am. I've been checking my weight and I've had a great week. I'm right at my goal for the month so far. Can't wait to see how everyone else is doing as well!

I am excited tooo...we'll see what the scale says tomorrow. I had a so-so week..it was that time of the month-God I love being a woman.

I'm still just starting out, and luckily still losing fast! I know it's not all fat loss, but just seeing the numbers go down is a confidence booster. Plus, my period just ended today, so I'll probably have a little drop because of that too. Definitely excited for the weigh-in tomorrow!

I'm ready to kick July's BUTT Count me in....

Jul-01: 362.0
Jul-09: 360.6 -1.4...(359)
Jul-15: 356.4 -4.2...(356)
Jul-22: (353)

Final Weigh in Jul-31: (349)

Total Lost: -5.6 lbs...(-13 lbs)

(my goals in parenthesis)

Alright, this is what I'm talking about everyone! great work!

I'm back on schedule. I knew my number last week was inflated due to water retention after getting dehydrated out in the sun for a few days in a row, so I expected to see the number get right back on schedule this week after normalizing my water again. Should be nothing to lose those 7ish lbs over the next 2 weeks. I'm stoked to be eying down the 340's once again. I get super motivated every time the tens digit in my weight gets a little lower - 359 just seemed psychologically much more satisfying than 360, but its what, a whole lb different? :p Same thing, when I see 349, its going to be a great feeling. Thinking now, only 5 1/2 months until that first digit drops back down to a 2 for the first time in 8 years... doesn't seem so far away, all of a sudden. Its getting exciting.
