I lost 0.2 pounds this week - not good, but I'll tell you what happened so it can help you. I cheated on the weekend: half a medium sized bag of Fritos, most of a bag of Peanut Butter M&Ms, and thai curry (has coconut milk in it). I spent the rest of the week just getting back on track. I'm just grateful I didn't gain! And that i learned what a cheat weekend will do. From now on I'll only allow myself 1 cheat snack or meal per week.

I just wasn't feeling the weight loss this week, guys...didn't do much exercising, mom made tacos...not enough water. However, none of that matters because I am determined to lose the last 3.4 lbs, if not by the end of the week, then the end of the month!!

Best day ever.

I swear I was 141.5lbs this Tuesday, but now I'm back to 143. I'll keep going nice and slow I guess, see where it leads me!

I wanted a 5lb loss this week, obviously it didn't work because I had a really bad weekend but was good the whole week. I am determined to lose 5lbs next week so that will bring my total to 12lbs..obviously I was a bit overzealous with the 18lbs in a month.

wooohooo below 200! overall its been real slow this month. Im letting way to many things slide. Its hardly the 12 pounds i would have liked. but im below 200. which makes me happy. After today im really going to start focusing again. I feel a second wind coming on. :willy_nilly:

I didn't make it to the 10lbs, but I finally got below 70kg!!! I'm very happy with this!
 
Don't feel bad....i'm no where near a 10 lb loss! THis month was harder for me than I expected :( Congrats on you 5lb loss though!!

My loss so far is 5.8 lbs, but I'm going to take it until July 31st since I wasn't in this for the first week, so I might as well take a couple more days.

I don't know why I've gained 3 pounds. I haven't been eating bad and I'm still working out at the gym. I guess I should lower my calorie intake from 1600 down to 1200 and see if that helps.. it just sucks because when I workout and do weights I get hungry a lot more.. bleh
 
Thanks for having this challenge Korrie :) It kept me on track and helped keep me motivated. I never actually thought I could lose 10 lbs in a month, so I have been proven wrong!

So, I'm off my goal for the month, but hey, this puts me over 10lbs lost for the month. You guys that are in the 100's and low 200's and losing 15lbs in a month... just wow. great work and dedication. I haven't seen any losses that are anything to feel bad about. progress is progress.

My weight was pinned ~352.2-352.8 all week, and this morning was the first real loss I saw all week. Based on how I've been watching my weight drop, I've seen a large drop over 2 or 3 days, and then holding steady to small drops for 4-7 days. So, I think this might be the start of a little whoosh, and I would not be surprised to see the scale come down another 1-2lbs over the next 2 days. Still holding out hope I'll see <350 before saturday. No big deal if not, I'm still in range to see <340 by the end of august.
 
im jealous of all you guys that have had a 4 pound drop for the week. took me the whole month pretty much to lose a little over that.
