So... I didnt make 10lbs but I am so delighted that I did the challenge, thanks to Korrie for setting it up :)

I struggled this month and didnt see the easy weight loss I had experienced up until now. Every lb felt like a struggle. For anyone who cant figure out weight loss try figure out my results below... Each of the first three weeks I exercised and this week I did nothing and lost the most?!? Im not complaining I am out of the 200's and am so so happy.

I lost nearly 5 lbs in the past 4 days. This keeps happening to me. I will see hardly any progress for days and days then WHOOSH! I'll lose a lot of weight all at once. It's weird but, hey, I'm not complaining! Bring on the "whooshes"! lol

not sure, but I'm hoping not. I just started to REALLY cut out any junk food. I figure losing 17 lbs and eating healthy is better than eating junk...

True, I just know that most of the weight loss professionals and doctors recommend 1-2 lbs a week in weight loss max. They say faster than that isn't healthy. I'm trying to shoot for 2 lbs a week, sometimes it goes a little higher than that, but it mostly evens out.

Just be careful, hon. I don't want you to risk your health. *hugs*
