Weight-Loss July 10 pound Challenge!!!

Weight-Loss
I hit a dreaded weight plateau and didn't lose any weight last month!! But I'm hopefully kick starting my dieting this month... I'm doing the 30 day shred and mixing up my diet a bit more.

Start weight: 85KG (187lb)
End of July Goal: 82KG (180lb)

I know that isn't 10lb but I don't wanna aim too big when I'm just getting over a plateau, don't want any dissapointment. :)

I am down 2lbs which is a massive surprise to me I have to admit. I had a hell of a weekend last weekend and ate/drank/was merry. I think I could have dropped another lb or 2 if I hadnt enjoyed myself so much.

Anyway... heres to next weekend! the 190's are finally in sight.

Had to weigh in this morning rather than yesterday - been out of town and away from my scale. Pretty good week, considering I didn't have a scale and couldn't count calories. I've also been out in the sun for 4 days straight now, so my body has been playing water games on me due to getting dehydrated. I did see 359 last night, but then drank a lot of water before bed.
