I've lost 21 lbs and I started on May 27th 2010. I don't watch my calories and I have not started exercising yet. Exercise will be what I start adding in soon. My doctor put me on a low carb diet plan. I started on low calorie for the first week but found I was starving all the time. I'm eating low carbs now but will start adding more carbs into my plan as I go. I've been eating veggies, salads, meat,fish, cheese, and eggs pretty much and plenty of water. So far it's been working for me as I can eat until im not hungry but I don't over stuff. I may go back to counting calories once I get my eating habits at a more comfortable level. I was a person who ate til I felt sick. Now that I never feel really hungry its been so easy so far to stay on plan......
