Hey how is everyone??

Right OK, i still have my cold, but my throat is way better!!! :)

My diet has been ok, I will start posting it exactly again tomorrow.
I went out last night and had 4.5 pints carlsberg, so that toke a bit out of me. lol.

Problem areas i will face this week are wednesday afternoons, i finish work at 1.30pm every wednesday, and work 8 am- 5pm on mon, tues, thurs and fridays. I usually always end up eating more than i should on a wednesday afternoon. So im not doing that no more. Im gonna get this tight, and just have my fun on the weekends

Sorry i've been a bit lazy with this journal these past few days.

Good news: ive stepped up my workouts to 3 sets - HELL YEAH BABY WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Bad news: i ate some bread yesterday... i know i know, please someone smack me!!!

More good news: The weather is getting better here, so bring on the cycling, running, walking, basketball, and random fun in da sun!!!! :)

Anyway hope everyone is ok, and doing well!!

I will be making progress very soon!!!!!!!!!!

You're gonna win. And I'm not just saying that to motivate you, you have been fighting the good fight for as long as I have been on this forum.

There's only one kind of person who is successful in life and they are the ones that keep going and fighting regardless of what happens. Have you been doing this? Yes you have.

wow thanks for the great post!!! yeah i been fighting a while now, but im never gonna quit!!!!!!!!!

Today has gone well, i managed 3 sets in my workouts again, my diet has been good, but i haven't been planning it. I will start planning and recording it again soon.

Anyone got any kool ideas for protein snacks???

Depending where you are, because, obviously, eggs stink... :sad2:

But at home a pickled hard boiled egg is a fabulous protein snack, IMO. Easy to prepare and easy to eat. I have a couple jars in my fridge.

15 minute preparation for 12-24 protein snacks. Quick, effective, healthy. :sport:

There are various bars as well as Stingo mentioned, I don't know any- but from what I know, be sure there isn't too much sugar. Most of them do.

Ok i really need some help with my diet, it seems everything with protein in, i get bored with, and i love everything with tons of carbs in xx
 
Not sure there's really any help to be had there - if you want protein you have to eat foods with protein in them. Or am I missing something?
 
Your boredom with protein can by your mind and bodies way of telling you that you don't need as much.

I am convinced you are simply eating too much protein.

You'd be surprised how your feelings can be tied to your own bodies ability to give you feedback on what you do with it.

Give it a go ;) Cut back on protein and tell me what happens.
