One question - say your hungry and you have eaten in the last 2 or 3 hours your allowed amount, and you feel tired, do you give in to your hunger, or do you wait until your next planned meal?? (say your eating every 3 hours roughly)

For me, I eat my planned amount and then evaluate why I felt that way and adjust my next day play accordingly.
Good afternoon, Jackie the most beautiful! The most important issue is to stay within your restriction, and if you are having some trouble with the current eating time table, try some adjustments in the frequency of these meals. In addition, some of the "contents" of your meals (say for example suddenly increasing blood sugar, only to have this drop suddenly) through the foods you eat, can cause some people hunger pains; therefore, sometimes it is what you eat as well as the frequency of the meals.
Hunger on a calorie restricted diet is something you will have deal with. Sometimes one in your position (as you stated in your post), can drink water (or flavored water such as Crystal Lite, and fill the stomach, and after a few minutes (or so), you will feel full and the hunger pains will go away. This is only temporary, but maybe enough for some will power to kick in.
Additionally, you may want to think about going to teh grocery store with the purpose of buying (hard food items) for the purpose of combating these time periods of hunger where your restriction has been met, and you know you shouldn't eat. A variety of veggies are good for this. Some are high in fiber (and low in calories), fill the stomach, and take time to digest. Also, if you are not taking fibrous foods in your diet, do so. I have other suggestions if you want them.......young lady.

Stay tough.

You're craving bread because you're not allowing yourself any healthy carbs earlier in the day. Your body ends up driving you towards the first carbs it can find. Carbs are not the devil, incorporate them in a healthy way.
What'd you do to your back?
And... u can haz moar proteen?
Why do you want to define the upper 2 portions of your rectus abdominis? The upper abs are usually overtrained to begin with, so I'm not sure that focusing on them is the best idea.
Honestly, I don't spend enough time looking at other people's abs, and back in the day I never had any fat to cut before my abs could show through, so I wouldn't know. But I guess it makes sense that the upper abs would show through first, since stomach fat usually develops in a rotund fashion rather than evenly spread.
Oh nothing really, just been sitting in uncomftable chairs at work and standing up scanning when im not used to it, but i was back in my own department today, so it feels much better.
More protein - How? tell me lol
