Whoaaaaaaaa!!!!!!! Cant believe it is the middle of June already, and the weather here this week has been cold, sunny but cold, and then there was this massive grey cloud that came over yesterday but there we go lol.
Thought I would ramble on about the weather for a bit, I beleive thats what we are supposed to do from time to time haha.

Yep i ate the exact same as yesterday, so it made things a little easier.

29 crunches with dumbbell pullover
29 leg squats with a heaviest object held out in front.
