OK I over ate a bit on saturday and sunday, but i played basketball for ages on sunday

Diet:
Banana - 90 calories P/C/F - 1/24/0
soya yoghurt - 100g - 59 calories P/C/F - 4.7/2.8/2.7
Peanut Butter 25g - 145.83 calories - P/C/F - 6.25/2.29/12.5

20g pecan nuts - 139 calories - P/C/F - 2.18/1.1/14.02
Apple - 70 calories - P/C/F - 0/18/0

cottage cheese with onion and chives - 95 calories
green bean salad - 70 calories

raw peanuts - 10g - 60 calories
3 figs - 60 calories
1 oatcake - 45 calories

chicken - 150grams (bigger portion - Stingo please take note haha) - 165.5 calories

brown pasta - 234.5 calories
courgette - 14.4 calories
tinned tomatoes - 92 calories
vegetable oil - 125 calories

Total - 1486.03


Exercise:

26 minutes cycling - 222.73 calories burned

Tuesday 22nd June!!!

Diet:

I ate pretty much the same as yesterday (monday) but with slightly different pasta

Total - 1492.33

Exercise:

40 minutes walking
25 minutes basketball

Exercise:

35 minutes cycling (7 miles home from work) quite moderate

heya sorry ive been away a few days, whoooooaaaaaaa to the new forum layout lol not sure if i like it yet. Maybe it will grow on me, not literally though i hope haha

OK, i over ate a bit last thursday, with a PB sandwich lol

Friday - I went down london for the day, i toke some healthy food with me, which i ate, but i then had a hotdog and a few chips for dinner

Saturday - i ate healthy during the day - I went for a pretty intense bike ride today, i did around 40 minutes . i overate at night with a cheese sandwich and 2 chocolate biscuits

Sunday - I ate pretty healthy, though i probably ate at my maintenance line, so no fat loss there then. I didnt really do any exercise. Thought I would rest so i can run on monday

And today is monday - i previously planned my meals for today and my calorie total is 1390.43

I tried to run today, but my legs felt very tired and heavy after only 6 minutes. I dont really know why.

I've got my meals already planned out for tomorrow too.

I'm impressed, not many girls can do regular push ups and only 1 in a million can do 26+!!!

aww kool, yeah well you know we are all one in 6 billion right?

im not impressed with my eating today though - i really need to get this right - to acheive my dream

Hello people,

Sorry I haven't been on here for a while.

I've been exercising a bit, but im still eating too much.

For the past 9 months my eating habits have been kinda unstable.
I've put on about 12 pounds.

I'm gonna be in better shape by my birthday (11th December) You'll see!!!

Time to get this thing going again.

Sorry I haven't been updating this, I need a good slap!!! haha

Anyway, I did a 5 mile fun run on Friday 22nd April 2011, I did it in 58 minutes and 21 seconds.
And i got a medal for taking part, yay... its this first medal I've ever got :)

On sunday 24th I cycled to Lavenham and back (about 12-13 miles altogether) in about 1 hour and 10 minutes

On Monday 25th I cycled from Hadleigh to Manningtree and back (about 24 miles altogether) I did this in about 1 hour 50 minutes

I hope everyone is well.

I will try and keep this updated from now on.

I haven't done calorie counting for ages, my diet is getting boring, and I have put on a bit of weight, and i get really hungry especially at work.

I started a graph today, where im going to record my weight when I first get up in the morning and when i go to bed at night.

This morning I was 10 stone 2.75 pounds

Or 142.75 pounds

My Goal is to get to 9 stone and 7 pounds (133 pounds) by 20th July 2011

Ok hello today is Saturday 7th May 2011.

I really need to start calorie counting again, so I am starting this up again today :)

I have next week off work, and I am going to go out and buy myself a road bike, I can't wait, im gonna be cycling everywhere, I have a hybrid thing at the moment, and its too heavy for long rides.

This morning I weighed 10 stone 0.75 pounds, so 140.75 pounds altogether.

I wanna be 9 1/2 stone in July, yeah let's do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woooooooooooooo lol
