Your boredom with protein can by your mind and bodies way of telling you that you don't need as much.

I am convinced you are simply eating too much protein.

You'd be surprised how your feelings can be tied to your own bodies ability to give you feedback on what you do with it.

Give it a go ;) Cut back on protein and tell me what happens.

ok well im nearly over my cold so i can eat cottage cheese again.

Im going food shopping tomorrow night, ive got my list, brown rice, courgettes, almonads, blah blah blah lol, time to get serious, n get my diet tight!!!!!!!! ahhh whoaaaaa haha this is gonna be brill!!!

A good rule of thumb is 1g protein per lb of target body weight. Thus if my target is 170lbs, I want to have around 170g protein per day. Also it may be that you love carbs rather than hating protein.

Heya people wooooo haha

Ok my diet has been well on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and today (tuesday), but ive had some white bread today sorry lol, so thats my lot this week, yeah!!

I really need some new meal ideas, need to get creative with my diet.

I'm thinking of joining a cycling club very soon.

Oh I played an hour of basketball on sunday woooo go me!!!!!11 haha

Right OK.

I have this week off work, so im at home.

I ate 3 pb sandwiches today, i know somebody slap me lol.
I will get a grip on this!!!

I really want these abs out.

I will workout and run tomorrow!!

Anyone got any good meditation techiniques or peace of mind exercises??

OK i really need to work on my diet. I ate 3 sandwiches today, and some biscuits, i really want this. I just can't seem to get my mind together.

need to FOCUS!!!

Ok just done some writing.

GOALS:

To have more defined abs by 1st May 2010

To go without bread for 7 days

To create a calorie deficiency everyday for the next 7 days

To track exactly what im eating for the next 4 days

So what's going on?

Heya, sorry i havent really been very up to date on here lately.

I been eating loads of bread, bad i know.

Today has gone well thou, think i got some piece of mind for now.

I've been cycling and playing a little basketball. I havent worked out for a while.

I've got my food roughly planned for next week already thou :)
