First of all keep it up Jackie - gogogo achieve your goals.
Bread is a bit of a poor diet choice (even for someone who eats grains) but if you cannot go without just limit the intake and keep to pre/post workout and healthier brown/seedy varieties if possible.
As for PB - I love it but only organic, that way you keep out nasty preservaties and too much saturated fat. You're right there is goo fat in there but give other nut butters a go too. Almond in particular is a good choice but more pricey. Could try making your own of course - not hard at all, just google it. (Roast nuts, blend them, add coconut/walnut oil, pinch of rock salt and you're pretty much there.
Never ever forget, you cannot out exercise a bad diet. Easier to get results by getting the diet right than by overtraining!

Rows and dips might round out your workouts a bit.
I don't eat bread or anything like that as I have been on a grain free diet for 4 months now - I don't miss it anymore and I feel so much better.
As for the peanut butter, I get mine from a health food shop. They grind it right there and then, fresh peanuts!
Of course im gonna take a lookHi jackie,
Hope you've been doing great...I have been working on my project a good portion of the weekend. It's so extensive that I need to simply it before I post it in my journal.
I am headed to the gym after work, it's my first workout on this project - I'll post my results after.
I gave your questions a shot in my journal, hope your going to take a look![]()
Diet and exercise is like fuel and engines. It's no use putting regular gas in a diesel engine if you want it to work. So put some diesel in that cute little engine of yours and make those top abs appear
I suppose I can post what I ate for breakfast:
2 packets of oatmeal.
1 banana.
1 cup low fat milk.
My workout tonight will be:
10 min. warm-up
Sampson stretch once each side.
DL 3x20
BP 3x20
Lat. Pulldowns 3x20
Alt. DB Curls 3x20
Full body static stretching.
20min. interval cardio.
Considering the cardio and compound weight lifting I will burn, more or less, around 700 calories with this workout.
I gave your questions a shot in my journal, hope your going to take a look
That was for Kitty,![]()
