Jackie's workout and diet journal

thats not the problem, im just gonna have bread once a week, thanks anyway, you are always so willing to help, thank you xx

You can have bread (even white bread) once per week, it ISNT going to make or break your diet. What will make or break your diet is the circumference of calories, and macro nutrients. For example, if you hold true to your dietary goals (assuming it is set up good) to lose tissue, replacing an item once per week (in this case white or brown bread, to replace the carbs normally eaten), you will be just fine. To say otherwise, is wrong. You are not carbohydrate sensative, and seem to respond good to normally calculated deficits, which is a hint, you will be fine. Keep the protein up (especially in a calorie deficit), Carbohydrates (moderate), and the rest in fats.

Since your--primary-personal goal is to lose unwanted fat tissue, and your equipment is extremely limited, what I suggest is to set-up a routine for this purpose. Maximize your calorie expenditure, while increasing strength and endurance--or more metabolically driven in other words. Remember, the training is important; however the 23 hours (on day of training), and the 24 hours (on the day of rest), that you don't train, is the beast you need to control. And controlling the diet in this period will bring you home.

A series of stations of body-weight work/weight work, in a push/pull arrangment for upper for example. And, a series of stations for lower. Two exercises done right after the other in a push/pull, then rest a very short period, and repeat. Intense. Short. And, a good calorie burner. Cardio activity is optional. You can include this if you are after cardiovascular conditioning, which will, of course, aide your results.

If you want PM me, and I will set up a workout for you with what you have.

Hello everyone, Happy New Year!!!!!!

Sorry its a little late.

I know i havent written in here for nearly a month, but i have been keeping a journel of my calories and macronutrients, but havent exactly stuck to it lol.

I really wanna know, what makes you stay on track???
What and how do you think about your diet and fitness???

Right hello again,

My goal is to dig the top two of my abs out.

My biggest problem is bread, i love the stuff, cant get enough of it. So i need to get myself in gear. Yesterday i ate so much bread, i think im sick of it for a while.

But the thing I cant seem to get around, Is when I go out for a couple of drinks, I really dont drink much (around 2-3 pints x 2 a week), I always come home and eat anything - this is my main problem area.

So anyway you are what you think right? I know I can do this, I have a good base to work from, you can just see my obilquies, so i have a good start. I dont wanna lose much weight, as im only about 130 pounds as it is.

Anyway I have pictures to post, I toke these on 10th Jan 2010:

Im gonna need some slapping from you guuys to keep me in gear. I will start calorie and macronutrient counting on saturday.

Are you going to start weighing/measuring your food too?
