I'd suggest trying to eat your goal weight (pounds) in grams of protein. For example - my goal weight is 177 pounds, so I'd try to have around 177 grams of protein. Carb intake should be less than your proteins and fats smaller still in terms of grams.
Yeah im trying to tell ya, that i dont know what to eat to get my protein higher than carbs. Im seriously working on it though
