Jackie's workout and diet journal

I'd suggest trying to eat your goal weight (pounds) in grams of protein. For example - my goal weight is 177 pounds, so I'd try to have around 177 grams of protein. Carb intake should be less than your proteins and fats smaller still in terms of grams.

Yeah im trying to tell ya, that i dont know what to eat to get my protein higher than carbs. Im seriously working on it though :)

Cheese and eggs come to mind off the top of my head. Zero carbs, +protein, +fats.

The only reason to limit the number of eggs is that they have a significant amount of saturated fat, however since you are not getting any saturated fat anywhere else in your diet you can probably eat quite a few eggs without exceeding the reasonable limit for saturated fat. Or since all the saturated fat is in the yolk a lot of people remove some or all of the yolks and still get most of the protien.

ok ive really messed up today, i love white bread, i really need help. How is your mind wired to stop craving stuff like this, do u just forget about them or what??

Pick a day once a month. 'White bread day' and eat a loaf through the day. Other wise don't have it around.

Or ration it through the week (2 slices a day)but don't over stock it in the house and aviod the bread isle.
