In that case - combinations, like rice and beans. Lentils would also be good here too. If you look up vegetarian protein combinations online I'm sure you'll find something. Also there's tofu and seitan if those are of interest.

I second that, you've been a bit carb heavy on a lot of the days you've posted.

And the Coley portion, I thought you were going vegy? Or are you allowing yourself fish?

i am indeed allowing fish lol

What is carlsberg? Only things I can think of is beer or cheese?

Actually in looking over your numbers if you switched the amount of protein and carbs you took in you'd be in good shape. That said, having beans, eggs, tofu, cheese, seitan would be possible suggestions.

ive got a courgette, TVP, and soya beans, and 2 jars of Peanut butter, i think ive figured how to get my protein and fat up n carbs downs, my totals for tomorrow are:

I'd suggest trying to eat your goal weight (pounds) in grams of protein. For example - my goal weight is 177 pounds, so I'd try to have around 177 grams of protein. Carb intake should be less than your proteins and fats smaller still in terms of grams.
