In that case - combinations, like rice and beans. Lentils would also be good here too. If you look up vegetarian protein combinations online I'm sure you'll find something. Also there's tofu and seitan if those are of interest.

Actually in looking over your numbers if you switched the amount of protein and carbs you took in you'd be in good shape. That said, having beans, eggs, tofu, cheese, seitan would be possible suggestions.
