Heya sorry its been a while. Anyway ive had the day off work so i went walking for about 40 mins, and cycling for about 10 minutes, and im gonna workout in 10 mins so its been a good day!!!!!!!!!!

Diet:

fruit bun
banana
3 figs
go ahead bar
ham and salad sandwich - brown bread
brown roll and PB
orange
apple
pasta
cheese
tomato
sprouts
turkey

Workout
40 mins walking
10 mins cycling
2 x 17 push ups
2 x 22 rows

Goal: to get more defined abs and fitter by 1 may 2009



Diet:
sheddries
raisins
soya milk
banana
2 white rolls with PB
salad plus a tomato

raw peanuts + sultanas
white bread, sunflower spread, + PB sandwich
a tomato
an apple
a fig + a few more raw peanuts

potatoe waffle
1/2 tin baked beans
1 bacon rasher
an egg
lil peice of bread

Where are you physically within your goal right now, Jackie? How far out are you from scheduling your trip to Australia? (if you decide to go) How about setting a personal goal (to get started) to be so ripped that the males, down under, eyeballs pop out of their socket and bounce on the ground (all at once) and say: "Geesh, your are flat gorgeous!"

Looks like you could use more protein.
 
Well im thinking of going to Australia in September 09, And im going to america in May 09, so i wanna have more defined abs by then!

I want more defined abs by the 1st May 09
I got 3 months, well a bit less about 10 or 11 weeks.

i need to start planning what im eating again.

What would you currently project your BF% to be? What would you estimate your currently physical composition to be like?

And, one more thing. With knowing you this past year or so, if I were to develop a diet plan (which could possibly be disagreeable to some), but possibly lower (water) and body fat in a matter of a few weeks (based on your particulars), and then move you into proper maintenance, would you be willing to take a shot at it, though it may be somewhat difficult?

what do u mean by this, i know my lings arent as big as they were last summer.

i think im willing to give it a shot, as long the food anit expensive, and i know where to get it from haha

I just went for my first run of the year, only about 10 minutes but its a start!!

I really want more defined abs by 1st May 2009 and im willing to do anything to get them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heya whats up everyone

Hope ur having a great weekend, mine aint too bad. Today i played basketball for 45 minutes and made a concrete slab with my dad, lol.

I go to america very soon, on 2nd may 2009, its less than 2 weeks whoaaaa haha its gonna be awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im doing great with my training:

Todays workout:

21 minutes running across fields
2 x 23 push ups
2 x 35 dips
2 x 40 lunges
2 x 25 decline crunches
1 x 10 front rotation things lol

I hope everyone is well on here, i leave for America on saturday!!!!! whoa its a crazy ass life haha!!!!!!!!!!
