Well im thinking of going to Australia in September 09, And im going to america in May 09, so i wanna have more defined abs by then!
I got 3 months, well a bit less about 10 or 11 weeks.
i need to start planning what im eating again.

What would you currently project your BF% to be? cant be sure, i guess its gotta be somewhere between 10 - 20 %What would you estimate your currently physical composition to be like?
what do u mean by this, i know my lings arent as big as they were last summer.
And, one more thing. With knowing you this past year or so, if I were to develop a diet plan (which could possibly be disagreeable to some), but possibly lower (water) and body fat in a matter of a few weeks (based on your particulars), and then move you into proper maintenance, would you be willing to take a shot at it, though it may be somewhat difficult?
i think im willing to give it a shot, as long the food anit expensive, and i know where to get it from haha

Sorry i dont think im gonna bother puttin my diet up on here everyday, it seems pointless to me, as i always write it down on paper
I just went for my first run of the year, only about 10 minutes but its a start!!
I really want more defined abs by 1st May 2009 and im willing to do anything to get them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
