Jackie's workout and diet journal

Its a long time since I read your journal. Did you finally get your sixpack? Its good you've got pushups/dips in your routine. What about chinups/pullups?
 
no lol i dont want a six pack now, just a more solid midsection. I havent got a bar or anything to do pull ups/chin ups.

Hows your training stuff going? what r your goals??

You can try and find a tree/playground in your neighborhood.

i was thinking of doing that but then the council people ripped out park up which had a climbing frame which was perfect for chin ups just a bit rusty lol

My trainings fine. I got back in shape while preserving muscle and am now doing 5x5 plus dips/pullups/pushups.

youghurt - 79
oat bar - 191
2 figs - 40
chicken, bacon, brown bread sandwuch - 421
2 lil apples - 80
lil drip of soya milk - 20
a lil bit cold meat - 50

..........

so far

Im having
brown rice -280
chicken -170
peas -35
sweetcorn -35
sweet n sour sauce for tea - 110

n goin down the pub later with a mate so

- 1 pint carlsberg - 182

TOTAL CALORIES = 1783

Training:

25 minutes running hard up the field

and about an hours walking briskly

I am doing just fine. The Chillen household is a little stressed with grandma's quadruple bypass surgery, but I am keeping the family upbeat and rocken.

OH i getta! well i havent really found anything that works, lol. Im still trying to find a balance in my life. I really wanna move forward towards my goals, but i seem to be stuck. Like im reading a book on programming but i still dont feel like ive learnt much about it.

Hey All, im sorry i havent posted on this for over a month. Im back now. Im still working out, but not as much as i used to. I havent ran for about a month due to the winter weather. Im always eating pretty heathly, and i hardly drink any alcohol last weekend, so thats good.

I hope everyone is good. It would be great to know how u all are getting on.

What are plans on the alcohol consumption, and working this among your friends and associates on the weekends?

Understand, I am not implying this is a "bad" thing, necessarily, just asking what your plan is to meet goal number #1: "Never to get ill or drunk"--as it compares to getting whats listed in goal number #2: "More defined abs".

I ask this because: These two goals are linked and adjoined together (because of calorie consumption, and biological influences).

Sometime back, I wrote an extensive opinion, on how to handle your alcohol consumption, while working with your personal dietary data--remember?

Jackie, can I help you put this fitness goal together? I would love to.

Heya Chillen thanks for your posts, I plan to take only about £5 or £6 down the pub fri and sat nites, drink slowly, have a good time, and If people offer to buuy me drinks, im going to politely resist.

Heya im here to report last night as it was a friday night woo wooo haha

Alcohol intake:

2.5. pints carlsberg
1 whiskey n lemonade

Food intake

2 x brown pittas
one with cheese n tomato
one with pb

about 1/2 - 3/4 pint water to wash it all down with

about 6 hours slept i felt okish when i got up, and i feel absolutely fine now.

Im going to workout in 2 hours.

I hope everyone is ok and having a great weekend

January 1st:

Diet:
banana
fruit malt slice

apple

pitta bread, pb

raw peanuts n raisins

roast chicken + potatoe + veg

No workout today
