Howdy everyone I have everyones totals now except CHEF'S weigh in so I just added his 4 pts to the toal.NEW TOTAL 125 GL

oh and btw , I was down 1.6 lbs this morning so as long as I hold that or lose more the rest of the week I should be down for this week too.
 
Hey everyone,

I've been AWOL again. It's been a crazy week/end and I even had to come in to work for a while on Saturday, so I've just put my stats down for last week and the weekend. Crazy or not I stayed on my plan and exercised almost every day. I did have a couple of beers watching football on Sunday, but that was after a long bike ride and vigorously scrubbing my house! Down 3 llbs this week!!! Yay me! Did I read that our team is in 1st place? You guys are terrific! Yay team!!! MoonGoddess, you must have broken through your plateau?
 
Wow, everyone is really doing well this week! I had a minor setback today (darn that pre-Halloween candy sale!!) :eek:

That's ok, the rest of it is going to the communal candy jar at work, and I'm back on track!

I'm looking forward to another successful week for all of us!

I work at a grocery store... and seeing all the food is hard. BUt I resisted buying anything tonight. And I made a boo boo tonight and tried to get my calories up (seeing as they have been so low) and i did it with fatening- sugary- no way its ever going to be considered good for me- foods.

But I can do this.. and so can all of you!!! Lets kick some BUTT!!

I know how that feels..I made the same mistake trying to increase mine and well chocolate is my down fall.

Yes--30 min of exercise up to 6 days p/week, and then the posting here 5X this week.

Aaahhh...chocolate.....Halloween candy...how do I love thee? Let me count the ways.....:doh:

My supermarket has it set up so that it is nearly impossible to avoid walking throught the bakery section, and this is where they also have a massive Halloween cancy section atm. I just kept my eyes on the floor, straight in front of me and walked by as fast as I could...lol. It was like running a gauntlet, and as thought the candy was reaching out to me, "C'mon, BB...we know you love us...just buy a little...you know you want to....one little bit won't hurt..." Haha Somehow I resisted.:pumpkin:
 
Oh no, Halloween :( It's not just the chocolate that gets me, but how pretty the chocolate looks. There are chocolate cats and chocolate pumpkins and chocolate witches and chocolate pirates :rotflmao: Why is it that when something looks better, it's harder to resist, even if it's essentially the same thing?

Then, of course, we're going to have to buy some to give to trick-or-treaters. And it'll be hard not to eat whatever's left at the end of the night :pumpkin:

I'm just hoping to actually LOSE! :eek:

I did set a new goal for myself to be down to at least 174 before Oct 6, so that way I can be "technically" overweight, instead of obese. Just losing those pounds would set my BMI to 29.9 finally.

I think that's awesome too! BMI is a much greater indicator than weight, because of differences in heights. Here's hoping those pounds come off easily :beerchug:

Ah the trick or treat stash!! Always gets me! ...I already want to get some but I know if I start stocking up now, I will just have to sample it to make sure its ok to pass out... just thinking of the kids yah know! :)

So it just dawned on me that I won't be able to post at the end of this week. I will be out of town Fri-Sun night. My parents are slow to get with the times & don't have internet access so I can't log on while there. I can post on Sunday night but that might be a bit late for the weigh in. ( I will have to find a way to weight myself while there... think it would look odd to bring my own scale?)
 
It might look a little weird if you take your own scale!! Plus, the floor surface would be different and it might not be accurate. Maybe you can weigh on Friday morning? (Or just guess :D That's always fun and uplifting :D)
 
Horray for consistency! At least you're not going up and down all the time, like me. And, at least neither of us are going continually up all the time :)
