I was just reading all the banter about people trying to crash in on our challenge.

Why can't people just start a different Halloween Challenge? It's not like there is any reason why people that missed out can't get together and start their own challenge, Halloween is 2 months away!.

Hey everyone,

All my company is gone, my roommate left for a business trip, and my cats have finally come out of hiding. They're usually pretty friendly, but the past few days have been a little overwhelming. I'm off to bed early tonight.

Don't worry Bikini lady, you'll pull out of the plateau. Maybe those beers will shock your system into losing again!

Hey every one , just stoped by to see how every ones week has been going.
It looks like every one is getting the water down . I started drinking my water late on the first day so I was up all night back and forth to the bathroom.:p Well keep up the great work.
 
I have a question for everyone here. I drank so much water on the first 2 days, that on the 3rd day I weighed a pound more then I originally was. And I was eating PERFECTLY. And then I lost 2.2 lbs (so 1.1 lbs from my original weight) the next day. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?

I am doing what I can to keep up, and water is kicking my ass atm....2 gallons a day (WAY over the bonus).

Tomorrow, I am telling my boss to F off, and that I need time to lift regardless of what he wants.

I am starting to get discouraged with all the work, because my energy level is soooo low for workouts. I am doing what I can though!

Anyway...I am around, and I will talk to u all soon.

Maybe get him to see it as a positive, less chance of workplace injuries if you are able to train & build up muscles. & the added energy will help you be able to do more in a day.
