Hey everyone thanks for reading my post. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for toning out my midsection. As you can see in my picture i have abs but they aren't as defined as i would like them to be and there appearence is always different depending on lighting , angle , and how much I ate that day. I dont know , i do like every type of ab work there is.... any help is greatly appreciated.
