Hey everyone thanks for reading my post. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for toning out my midsection. As you can see in my picture i have abs but they aren't as defined as i would like them to be and there appearence is always different depending on lighting , angle , and how much I ate that day. I dont know , i do like every type of ab work there is.... any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm sure you are aware that to define your 6pack more, you need to build up the muscle and loose weight. Seeing as your very skinny anyway, you should consentrate on building more muscle and eatting better.
Then when you are at the size you want to be continue to strip the fat.
