I worked out really hard this morning!!! I did an hour of cardio already!!

Helps having a TV in the gym.

How is everyone else doing today!! Hope you are all kicking some weightloss!!
 
I forgot to mention.... I can't believe we are in first place!! I just realized that. The end seems so far out, but I'm glad we are starting out strong. Lets keep the lead for sure!
 
Hey everyone just checking in to see how your week has started off. I was watching the finaly of fat march lastnight while I worked out on my elliptiacl and I was so into the time just past by. Before I know it I had done 46 mts. Usally I could hardly do 20mts. I love that show.

Well I hope every one week is going smooth. Keep up the great work and lets less kick some fat off our ass.:D

I watched most of the finale as well. How long did they walk? I know the miles, just curious about the time it took them.

The walk over 500 miles across 9 states. In eight weeks. There was a guy on there that loss 89lbs in eight weeks. That is just soooo crazy.

I have never seen the biggest loser, but I plan on watching it tonight. So I better work out earlier today.

Just checking in and hoping everyone is having a fantastic week! As a newbie to the board, I must say I'm honored and excited to be on a team with such great teammates!

Due to either allergies or a cold coming on, I didn't get in any exercise today, so I guess I'll count today as my day off. I'm going to turn in early tonight and, hopefully, sleep it off.

I hope everyone's week has been going well. I just bought a new Yoga DVD and I am going to try that out. I'm having a rough 2 days.. but I'll pick myself back up!!

Well, I was so caught up in drooling over Errol Flynn in a movie tonight, that I forgot all about Biggest Loser being on until they were voting someone off at the end..lol.

Boy am I glad we don't vote someone off in our challenge every week!! haha. :rotflmao:

I'm heading off to the dentist in about an hour. I wonder if I could count that as cardio ? *L* Can you tell I just love having my gums violated by a sharp metal object?
I plan on treating myself to a nice lunch afterwards but it'll still be within my calorie limits.

well if that counts as cardio, then I will be doing more than the normal tomorrow! Ug, why do I always dread those appointments. You are just so at their mercy.

I just keep reminding myself that after tomorrow it will be a while til a have to do it all again.
 
I am copying and pasting for weveryone that may be confused on how the points work.Howdy sorry for any confusion but but a * on the days you complete the bonus you only need 5 to get the "7"pts for the week.
The next bonus challange is only going to require 2 days because it's a toughy and once again you will get 7pts at the end of the week I am trying to keep it at 7pts for bonuses EXCEPT for week 8 will involve BIGGER bonus points ! Also the max points a person can get is 7(bonus)+6(exersice)+2 for weightloss total 15!! Tammy

I've gained this week. I'm hoping I can get some of it off before weigh - in day. Sorry. But seriously... I think we're in great shape to win this. We still have a long time. I think i gained because I stopped drinking so much water.

Ugh about the dentist. I don't usually feel like eating much afterwards b/c my mouth is so damn sore--even when it's just a cleaning. The hygienist is rough as hell with that dental floss!! I'd like to take it and floss something of her's...:rofl::rofl:

Well, I think we'll be the biggest losers in this challenge..lol...You know what I mean...:pumpkin::pumpkin:
