Don't know what is happening

I dont know what is happening but I have gained 5 pounds in a week and a half and I haven't changed anything in my diet, or my training or my cardio. I workout with my trainer 3 days a week, I do my cardio 3 days a week and I eat very healthy.. In all the weight I have lost, I have never gained before, this is frusterating to me... what could cause this and what can I do about it? :mad:
 
How long have you kept the same diet/training routine?

Are you drinking a gallon of water per day?

Are you taking any supplements?
 
I drink alot of water per day, I dont think it's a gallon, but I would have to say 100oz a day... I take a daily vitemin yes, one a day weight smart and my magox that my DR has me on..

I have been doing this routine for about 8 months now, but my personal trainer changes my program around all the time..
 
Forgetting about the number on the scale ... how do you feel? It could be possible that you are gaining some muscle mass...
 
how consistently are you weighing yourself. are you weighing mulitple times a day? a healthy person's weight will fluctuate throughout the day so youre better off weighing yourself in the morning after you use the bathroom and before you eat, and wear the same thing everytime you weigh yourself (wearing nothing is more accurate)
