I dont know what is happening but I have gained 5 pounds in a week and a half and I haven't changed anything in my diet, or my training or my cardio. I workout with my trainer 3 days a week, I do my cardio 3 days a week and I eat very healthy.. In all the weight I have lost, I have never gained before, this is frusterating to me... what could cause this and what can I do about it?
