Me....I lost a whopping 0.2 pounds! Hey it's a loss right? It helps the team as far as points. I was hoping to be lower but since I started drinking the extra water I think my body needed some of it and is holding on to it. My scale shows body fat % and it is lower this week than from the same time last week. So I must have lost something.
I am hoping for a 2 pound loss next week. Any word on the next challenge? I haven't made my way over there yet. Talk to you later...have a great weekend.

Okay guys
I weighed myself this morning and the results are in.......... (drumroll please).......I'm down to 216.2!!!!
Again I think it must have something to do with working in a freezer. Last night I even went all night without my face-mask and hat because it wasn't as cold in there as usual.
Congrats to everyone who made it thru the week.
Gotta go update my original thread.

I'll have to keep working harder so I can get some weight loss next week :)

Fat2Fit - A loss is a loss! Yippee!

I did get my exercise in today as soon as I logged out earlier. 20 min. on the elliptical, then 40 min. on the treadmill. The treadmill workout was supposed to be a "fat burner" workout. It was keeping my heart rate at a constant of 116 - so it would adjust the speed or incline. Of course It didn't go much past 3 mph so it wasn't a hard workout, just mostly a constant.
 
Crunk...whenever I would lose big 1 week I would always lose very little or even gain a bit the next week. So great job on maintaining.

Bell....congratulations on the loss...I need to work in a freezer:D

OK results so far KEEP IN MIND I don't have everyones weigh in's or bonus'es BUT I have MOST of peoples info.Also I can only give credit for 6 days exersice because we need 1 day to REST ;) so 6+7(bonus)+2(weightloss)MAX15PTS So as it stands

Okay I'm sorry I have been the worst updater EVER this week but I had some unexpected events- so sorry! Anyways I just updated about my loss and my exercise- as I said before I was unable to complete the bonus- it's too much water for me =( But I hope to do well on this weeks bonus!

and congrats Hajni on getting into the 150s! WOO HOO!

Hello Fellow Caspers!!
Congrats all who lost or maintained (that takes work too LOL) and tenshiblue I gain weight like crazy during TOm about 3-4 lbs and the bloating start like a week earlier... It is so annoying. You will see the difference next week.
So we are the last ones so far??? We need to turn that around!! Let's all put our competitive shoes on and kick butt!!!
I went to a party yesterday and while I did not do perfect I kept in mind that if I overeat i will let my team down and I can't do that!!!! So team you kept me on track, thank you for that.!!!
So the new week bonus is to support each other 5 days at least!! We can do that!!

Hello Fellow Caspers!!

Well, I'm home now from my "girls weekend". Had a great time in Rehoboth with my sister-in-law. Stayed within my eating parameters and got plenty of exercise friday and saturday shopping at the outlets. (more formal exercise was done Fri on the NT and Sat I got in the pool for an hour).

I think as a team we did great,- that water challenge was killa'. :eek: I know that with a little determination and motivation we can move up the ladder.

Well, I'm off to post my diary. Have a great night folks!
 
Hey guys had a bad day dont know what happened I was good this morning even at the phillies game I was behaving myself then I came home and just binged. Im trying not to get down on myself but its very frustrating. Didnt go on my walk tonight I need to do that tomorrow morning. Ok guys keep me in your prayers i'll keep you in mine.

I got my walk in today, it was beautiful outside. I am still drinking lots of water. I went to my family reunion yesterday and I didn't eat bad at all, I was pretty happy with myself.
