Today900: just try to concentrate on your goal !!! I always ask myself : is it more important to reach my goal or more important to eat that cookie, cake, third portion...whatever... "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!!" You will do good girl if you keep your goal always in mind..Keep thinking why you are doing this..


Caspers we can definetely do this!!! Let's take it one day at a time: just this one day I will keep track on my food and just this one day I am going to exercise!!! Don't think about tomorrow's or how many more days you have to do this, just concentrate on today!!

I am drinking my water, doing my exercise , going strong!! Come on Caspers we need to win this Challenge!!!Hajni
 
Just checking in with you guys. Unfortunately I've switched to 12 hour shifts. That means I can't really exercise on the days I'm working. I come home, go to sleep, then go back to work :( Fortunately, I only work 3 days a week :) Good luck everyone with your progress!

thanx for the reality kick. I did a lot better today,

I just got back from my walk I cut it short My dogs are crazy and instead of only bringing 1 I brought all 3 I made it round the block once before I was cursing at them.

I deff. need to get back to the gym think i'll go tonight. i usually go with my sister but when she left for colledge I stopped going I need to find a new gym buddy.

Ok team Im going to go do my exercise

Glad to hear you had a good day today...Today900. Keep it up, I have to get to the gym too.

Tenshiblue-I totally understand. When I worked 12 hour shifts(midnights), I would come home and sleep and go right back to work. Had to stop that after awhile. Was too difficult with small children. Just exercise when you are able.

So I'm VERY late to posting today, as I haven't had a chance to sit down!
Between school, job interviews, family visiting and WORKING OUT, its been a hectic day!

I had an AWESOME workout tonight, about 90 minutes, 60 cardio 30 strength training, besides a little soreness in my quadriceps I feel GREAT! Good to see everybody else is doing well!

Way to go Today on having a good day!

Good luck tomorrow everybody!

Whoo Danielle, great job on 90 minutes!!! You rock!!

Caspers: a lot of positive posts lately, keep on going, we are going to rock this challenge and be the biggest losers!! LOL

Done my exercise this morning, walking on the treadmill 5 % incline 3.6mi/hr speed. Will do some more tonight, probably some turbo jam!! Drinking water like crazy!!

Updated mine finally.

I have been back and forth from Wisconsin to Las Vegas twice this week.... Hopefully it's a little more stable at work this week.

Weight rooms in hotels < Gym's Weight room.

Glad to be back, will keep this up...

STILL 338lbs though.... week 4 of it... sigh.

Gonna get screwed a little on the bonus this week as I am unsure if I can safely sit in this desk for more then a Day before I am whisked off to places the sun seems to hate.

Good job to you that are sticking in there, and let's dominate this challenge!

Hey there friends!

I just got my workout done - 30 min. of Yourself Fitness (xbox) - it's funny I haven't used it in such a long time I forgot I had to plug the controller in so that I could use the selection menu. LOL

I am up a little, but I will have it all back down by official weigh-in day.

Heretic - just get in here when you can!!! So are you in Vegas atm or in WI?
 
How are we doing folks! The weather is dreary and rainy (but we need it badly) but I'm not letting that spoil my mood!

Everyday, is one more day, one step closer to your goal! Don't let your mind trick you into falling into bad habits so that by Halloween your treat will be looser fighting clothes, lower numbers on the scale, and feeling better about your self
 
Getting back in touch with my personal Diary I need to start recording this again. And I think I need to make peace with a few people cause I have a few things on my chest that have been bugging me. I want to go for a walk.

One word - CRUNCHES!!!
I had a pretty good day with my food- stayed in my points range (I'm on weight watchers)
Looks like we're doing good this week on the bonus, I feel like some people are missing???

Did my morning walk on the treadmill today already at 5.30 am, it is getting easier to get up and do it. 42 min, 2.75 miles. Last night was turbo jam night and some running.
I lost too much last week I think LOL. The scale has not budged since Sat. I am ok with that and I keep on going.

Caspers Countdown!!! We need to win this challenge!! I know we have what it takes!!!

Hajni -- Dang woman, I would die if I had to get up at 5:30 to get workout in. But I guess you got to do what you got to do.


I'm so bummed, my scale is up - 2 lbs since starting this challenge, and I only have until Sat. to get it back down and then try to lose a pound. I know what needs to be done - not eat a darn thing and exercise my booty off! Well it worked in the past. :sigh:
