Ok guys I wanted to get your advice on this

I want to go see a dietitian I have no idea what I will hear

but im looking for some type of guidence

Good Idea ???

I am copying and pasting for weveryone that may be confused on how the points work.Howdy sorry for any confusion but but a * on the days you complete the bonus you only need 5 to get the "7"pts for the week.
The next bonus challange is only going to require 2 days because it's a toughy and once again you will get 7pts at the end of the week I am trying to keep it at 7pts for bonuses EXCEPT for week 8 will involve BIGGER bonus points ! Also the max points a person can get is 7(bonus)+6(exersice)+2 for weightloss total 15!! Tammy

Hi Laura,

My dh went to see a dietician and she just set out some guidelines for him. Gave him some handouts that helped with foods to choose etc. They really are very helpful for eating right.

Good luck!

Way to go Sweatpea- see your name wasnt an error at all LOL! ;)

Hope everyone is having a great day! I was actually looking forward to today so I could get back into a routine, its been so crazy lately. I got in my exercise, and am 1/2 way thru the water so far.

Okay so I do thirty minutes on the elliptical, thirty minutes on the bike, and thirty minutes of strength training! I always feel awesome at the end, but those crunches do kill me!!

Sounds like everybody is doing great today, way to go! I've been doing great with my eating, going for another 90 minutes tonight! Tomorrow is my first weigh in at weight watchers, it will be interesting to see how much I lost, I'm so excited!!!

Good luck to everybody else for the rest of the day!

WE CAN DO IT TEAM CASPER!!!!

Great Job DanielleMarie! I can't imagine doing 90 min, tho I do admit that once I get past the first 10 min, the rest of the time is not so bad. I am doing WW from home, the FLEX Plan. I have done WW off n on 2X now, but this is the LAST TIME .. cuz I found the support of this site! Keep up the good work !

Today900 - Dancing is a great way to exercise because its so much fun!

I haven't had much time to check back here. Work sucks :( I've been so busy, I haven't been able to exercise. The good thing is, I'm not eating much either. When you work 12 hours, you only have time for one 30 minute break, you don't eat much. My calorie intake for the past two days have been severely restricted.

So Heretic, you are from Wisconsin? Which city? I'm from Madison.

GO CASPERS!

I am checking in. Sorry so late, I have been busy all day. But, FINALLY, my husband and I joined the gym....woohoo! I thought I was going to get on the elliptical and die, but I didn't. I did pretty good actually. I did 30 minutes of elliptical at a strong pace then moved on to the treadmill and was on there for 20 min. Walking at 3.5mph on a 3.5 incline and I didn't even hold on:rotflmao: I started weights but my babies had enough of the playroom and wanted to leave.

I have to get my water increased again. During the challenge I was drinking 120 oz. now I am at 96 oz. Not bad but I should have more since I am exercising more.

So great job everyone. Hope to see a loss this week. GL tomorrow!
Cathy

Eek! You need to eat gf! I can understand not exercising, but eating is fuel for the body.

What kind of work do you do?

Wow Cathy! 30 min. on the elliptical your first time? That's awesome!

Good Morning Caspers! Just dropped by to . . get it off my chest. I hate to call it venting, as I wont allow it to sabotage my progress but . .

This Am when I got up I was so dead tired! I mean, more than I have been since I started this 3 weeks ago. It's Thrusday, and usually not my NT but last night I was telling myself, its best to try to get on it anyway because of the lack of routine in my diet this week thus far. After taking the dog out, I decided to step on the scale- telling myself, if it was down, I would skip the NT this am. Well, not only was it NOT down, it was UP .8! I was stupified- I know I have not been eating at my best, but 99% sure I have been within my WW points guildlines, and I have been exercising like mad. So instead of getting on the NT like i said i would, I plopped down in front of the tv, but after 15 minutes, I said dont do this too yourself! I didnt have the time to get on the NT at this point, so I did 15 min of floor exercises, and WILL get on the NT tonight.

I'm not gonna let this sabotage my progress, instead use it to MOTIVATE me to be supercareful with portions, mealtimes, and trying to get protein, carbs n good fats in at each meal. *crossing fingers I can at least lose 1 lb by sat am, so it will still be a loss for the team- WISH ME LUCK!

Thanx for hearing me out!

Howdee Team Caspsers!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Stay on track, dont lose focus and success is YOURS!

GO TEAM CASPERS!!!

Thanks everyone. I have done the eliptical a long time ago and I remember being able to stay on for 5 minutes the first time. I guess losing 40 pounds of excess weight helped.

Yarmiah-Good Job for doing some floor exercises. It is so easy to get discouraged and want to quit....but you didn't and that is excellent. I tend to weigh myself everyday and I notice that midweek it stalls or goes up a little then (usually) at the end of the week it comes down again. Just keep what you are doing. Are you eating your activity points?

Talk to you later-Cathy.
