Floater's diary

:grouphug: I'm glad you'll get certainty soon. Even if it doesn't have any practical consequences right now I can imagine the uncertainty being so stressful.

Thank you. I mean it's probably still a year or so to the labs when the first visit via phone is on 31.8., but still months and not years. And honestly, having to deal with memories of

.

Hm I wrote a paragraph and decided I need to refocus on the now, right now. Otherwise I'll have another episode. Plan: dog out, food in, brush teeth, watch Youtube until passing out.

Focusing on practical stuff is rarely a bad thing. Take care.

I read the article & it left me feeling very emotional. :grouphug:
Focussing on what you can do right now is a really good idea. You are stronger than you think,

I have eaten a plain pita bread and two frozen fish fillets today... Falling in and out of sleep/naps. I feel a tiny bit better than yesterday, just have to weather this

I'm having dry bread with cheese now. I have some marinated beans I need to eat today, will do so a bit later. I'll probably take 50-75 mg of antihistamine before bedtime, sleep is a priority now - I got so exhausted just from walking to the grocery for some pasta, cheese, bread and bacon.

Yes just continue on doing what you can to get your food in you and the rest you need...:grouphug:

Thank you. Yesterday was pizza and dry bread and napping. Today I'll try to get something a bit more nourishing in. I just seem to need a lot of sleep for some reason. Getting up for a while to walk and feed the pup now, then probably going to go back to sleep. The exhaustion seems mental rather than physical, but at least my anxiety seems to stay at bay with rest, so that's a plus

Bit late for breakfast, but sounds nice and nourishing!

It definitely helped. I think I'll go buy a couple of fruit smoothies so I can drink my breakfast tomorrow. When I'm this hypoalert, my digestion always suffers, and that's why I just don't seem to get hungry.

I have done laundry and the dishes, and changed my bedsheets.

Smoothies sound like a good way to get some calories and vitamins in when eating is hard :grouphug:

I also got juice packs, saltines, dried bread and marg. (Crunchy foods often go down easier during times like this.)

Assistance tomorrow. I'll either wash the floors or cook/prep food, depending on how I feel
