Not asleep, but I do hope I'll get to the pool first thing! My comic and blog text will be published by a blog collective though (in addition to my own blog) so I'm glad about the few extra eyeballs it will get. Creative stuff makes me happy.

Stomach cramps, eugh.
 
Breakfast: a banana, a protein drink, four almonds.

Once I've finished my coffee, it's gonna be straight to the pool with me!
 
Tried on some clothes from H&M as well as a pair of knee socks... All too small. I don't get (women's?) sizing. But there's also a small sense of victory in trying to zip up a zipper that just can't contain my muscles lol.
 
I ended up aqua jogging for 90 mins. It was much needed. Had some PTSD flashbacks but exercise helps me push through.

Had a protein drink and now having a taco bell quesadilla with side fries.
 
Bedtime snack: protein drink and instant ramen.

Edit: and a banana.

If I feel hungry after 45 mins, I'll make half a pack of tortelloni with a small can of tuna. But hopefully I'll fall asleep easy.

I fell asleep easy (without even brushing my teeth, oops - almost never happens) and slept like a log. Woke up at 7AM with my pillow wet so I probably had some nightmares, but am ready to face the day.

I think I need to buy a new electronic toothbrush. My old one works but even with a fresh brush it just doesn't feel as effective as it used to be and the rubber is starting to crack; it's 3 years old now. My local supermarket has a sale on those. Oral hygiene is super important so I'd rather be safe than sorry!

Psychotherapy was great. Had a second lunch at the Indian buffet, now heading to the gym.

It's New Moon so I decided to file the application for my gender marker/ ID change tonight when I get home from the gym; the waiting period before verification is minimum 30 days, max three months, and I gotta get a new ID in December anyway, so why wait? New Moon seems auspicious enough so why wait until the Equinox?

Tomorrow I will have been 9 months sober from alcohol. Haven't missed that sucker once. I have a greater goal now than being pissfaced and feeling sorry for my body.

Fuck yeah! Progress!
 
While I was doing adductions, I sent an email to my gym's client service email and asked how to proceed with locker rooms etc once my ID changes.

It's finally getting from talking to doing...!!!
 
Best workout in a while! Also @Trusylver , thanks for giving me the DB fly tip, I'm still working myself up to bigger weights (currently doing 10x8kg, 10x9kg, 10x9kg) but there's already a change in my chest aesthetically o_O

Had a Red Bull and a protein drink, heading home now :3
 
Woke up hungry in the middle of the night, so I'm having tortellini with soy sauce and olive oil and parm, and a protein drink. I fell asleep without brushing my teeth so I gotta go brush them!
 
I ordered takeout for brunch - a ciabatta and a chicken ceasar salad. Eating it energised me enough to pack my swim gear and prep a portion of blueberry, dried fruit and soy protein oatmeal for later. Going to enjoy a nice cup of tea while the dishwasher is running, and then head to the pool 🥰
