I fell asleep easy (without even brushing my teeth, oops - almost never happens) and slept like a log. Woke up at 7AM with my pillow wet so I probably had some nightmares, but am ready to face the day.
I think I need to buy a new electronic toothbrush. My old one works but even with a fresh brush it just doesn't feel as effective as it used to be and the rubber is starting to crack; it's 3 years old now. My local supermarket has a sale on those. Oral hygiene is super important so I'd rather be safe than sorry!
Breakfast: a banana, a protein drink, four almonds, multivitamin.
