How does Heikki like his extended mansion?
 
Today started with food prep: pollock and white beans with spinach, pesto and smetana, and gochujang chicken fillets.

Zero appetite. Will skip ADHD meds today. Anxiety is too high. But having food in the fridge, ready to eat, will be helpful.
 
Went to pick up sedatives & migraine meds at the pharmacy; anxiety right now is bad enough that med-less options won´t help much. Feeling much more functional now. Had a portion of spinach, butter beans & pollock, sewed for a bit, next going to hit the gym.
 
Gym was good. Got a quesadilla meal (with carbonated water) as my post workout meal. Now washing some grapes for later tonight.
 
At the gym. I had forgotten how much oxazepam makes me pee. Wonder why that is?!
Probably because the body excretes the broken down bits of the med through the urine. And if it decides the stuff is toxic it speeds up urination to get rid of it more quickly.
 
Having a box of grapes and a protein drink. Got so hungry I didn't want to risk my hunger growing. Besides, I need fiber.
 
Still hungry, so having half a bag of beef jerky. Will not buy this brand again, unpleasantly sweet and sticky. Biltong is the best dried meat I can find in Finland.
 
Had some chocolate as well before finally finding sleep. Now having spinach and pollock for breakfast, then leaving for a quick 30-min aqua jog session. Anxiety throught the roof, absolutely insane.
 
Aqua jogged for 30 mins, went grocery shopping with an autism assistance person. Got two rotisserie chickens as they were only 6e per piece. Got five big portions out of them after grazing on some meat while cleaning the meat off the bone. Also had a box of grapes and a protein drink. Vacuumed.

My good GP is no longer working at the health clinic so the next one might be whoever. Feeling anxious about that. But that´s how it works, unfortunately.

Heikki is still drowsy so I might go for a walk. I have some eggs in the fridge that need to be used up so I was thinking about making a meatloaf (the eggs are two days past their "best before" date but have been fridged so they should be OK, I´ll do the floating test on them first).
 
I made a meatloaf /meatball dough that´s now sitting in the fridge. I used: 3 eggs, smetana, pesto, 400g of sauerkraut, 400g of minced beef, 2 dl of dry soy mince, 2 dl of panko, some jalapeno hot sauce, a dash of roasted sesame oil. Considering how salty pesto and sauerkraut are, I´m kinda 50/50 about adding feta crumbs or soy sauce, because I can always add salt to the done dish but I can´t take it out...
 
Hungry, so having a big portion of chicken. If I need carbs, options are bananas, dried cherries, and instant ramen. I absolutely NEED to sleep well tonight.

EDIT: after the chicken, I had one avocado, one banana, and two handfuls of dried cherries. If I still feel hungry after 30-45 mins, I will also have the aforementioned instant ramen, but I hope this might be enough.
