Thanks forum mom! I need to focus on self-care and self-respect, and something about sweet but nutritious meals seems to hit the spot right now. I´ll try to abstain from energy drinks for July, so I can have some maple syrup and sugar as part of my daily meals.
 
Note to self: I'm now free of nicotine in my system and it clearly did act as an appetite suppressant. If my portion sizes creep up too much, I'll start using the nic spray again until I've hit my next goal weight but I try to not panic. Improved appetite doesn't have to mean more kcals, it can mean better nutrition.

Breakfast: beef& beans, black coffee
 
I was naughty and had a can of Battery in therapy 😅 Therapy was great. Now off to find lunch or get in a quick gym sesh, dunno which one yet.
 
Gym was good, kept it easy and low impact. Right elbow didn´t give me trouble so that´s great news.

I should not have sworn to stay away from energy drinks because something snapped and I bought several to keep at home "just in case". Lol. Well, not the end of the world.

Nicotine spray seems to dry me out, and while I´m feeling better hydrated and more energetic, I also jiggle more than usual and it´s driving me nuts with dysphoria. This may be something to consider.
 
Got my migraine prophylactics and short effect ADHD meds from the pharmacy, also bought a two-pack of nicotine spray. I now know I can go for several days without withdrawals but on the other hand I want to start losing again and the meds seem to help with that.

About the sports bra/top: I removed the padding and the hem rolls up less like this. I´m tempted to keep the item because I can tell taht it would fit perfectly if I were to lose 5kg and on the other hand the fit isn´t bad now either. Size up would not support adequately. IDK. I need to think about this a bit more still.
 
Snack: healthy chocolate mousse. I´ll prep another batch of smoothie after I´ve eaten. So tired blergh
 
Dinner: a 180g pack of roasted chicken and a bag of lettuce.
EDIT: dessert: green tea jelly. Turned out OK. Too little sweetness though. I´ll try with frozen fruit next time

I've always thought that long-time heavy smokers tend to look a bit mummified but never realized it might be the nicotine causing dehydration.

It's not the nicotine, it's cell death from poor oxygenation, and the sucking movements wrinkle one's face up over time. Nicotine itself, ironically, is the least dangerous part in tobacco products.

Stimulants are always diuretic but if they caused premature skin aging, all coffee drinkers would be mummified too lol.

Fell asleep around 6AM with joint pain. Just woke up it's 2PM.
 
Breakfast: smoothie & one M-150 energy drink. Cleaned Heikki's cage. Lunch: two boiled eggs. Now off to the swimming pool.
 
Aqua jogged for two hours. Got a migraine in the process but I´m happy about the kcals burnt. Had a locker room smoothie. Having green tea jelly with hemp seeds as a snack and after that I´ll make dinner - minced beef with beans & corn.

Beef, beans & corn was great. Now having a smoothie. If I´m still hungry after that, I´ll have something carbs.
