Today I was able to let the autism assistance person inside. Didn't do much during the visit and didn't speak. It still felt hard but doable. Took a long nap after. My brain is exhausted. Rest and nutrition are the priority now. I go on walks but I need to really rest and let my mind & body repair themselves.
 
More healthy pudding with maple syrup & walnuts. I'll start making different protein+ veggie+ cacao desserts and vegetarian jellies too. My body is too exhausted to digest complex things and my gut motility has slowed down because I rest so much. So things with a high water content are probably the best for me to eat.

Slept way into the afternoon. Breakfast: two scrambled eggs with chili flakes, 5 almonds, a chunk of Manchego cheese. Off to the gym. I'll aim for a very careful maintenance workout, nothing crazy.
 
Had another Red Bull and a choccy protein shake in the locker room. Off for a little walk now. Then shower, probably.

Had a night walk, bought ham and pancakes I had for - I guess this is dinner lol.

Tried on a sport crop top from H&M. It´s like a hybrid between a top and a sports bra and it has decent support without feeling too tight anywhere. The hem rolls up but I can fold it and wear it as a bra. I wonder if this item of clothing might also be useful for me as I continue to lose weight. At some point, by my logic, the hem should no longer roll up. Right? I´ll sleep on the decision.
 
I've never got to the bottom of why some garment hems roll up, or down, so if you figure it out I'll be happy to hear it!
 
I had just enough money for a pack of minced beef, and tomorrow is benefits payment day, so I´m happy. Did some cleaning and laundry, next up I´ll empty the dishwasher and fry the beef with garlic, beans, and edamame. Therapy early in the morning at 10.30 so I hope I´ll sleep OK tonight.
 
One portion of minced beef & legumes. Hung the laundry and made coffee and simmered a sweet potato in spices and sugar for chocolate mousse later. I'll use ginger, black beans, soy protein isolate, cacao, frozen avocado & PB.
