Getting weaker isn't fun at all! But being able to do new things is probably the best consolation you could hope for.
Yeah and thankfully I´m talking about a 10% decrease in strength which I kinda circumvent by having increased reps. I can bulk up once I´m on T.

Tried on a pair of leggings and dungaree shorts; leggings were too big and dungarees too small. Well, at least that´s an expense I need not worry about. Hoovered, took out the trash and let Heikki out for an extra run. The dungarees had something irritating in them and my thighs feel itchy now, if it gets worse I guess I´ll shower for the second time today lol.

Dinner #2: three hard-boiled eggs, a bowl of gazpacho, rye bread with parmesan.

EDIT: I still definitely need to eat something tonight but for now I can´t fit anything else in. Going to lie down while I wait for inspiration.

I also know that having less adipose tissue as I eventually get to start testosterone is going to mean the masculinizing effects will become more evident sooner,
Yes, they will & you will look better & that will make you not care so much about being a little less strong.

Yeah - and one of the masculinizing effects is increase in strength of course, so I'm giving up a tiny bit to get WAY strong later 😆

I had a nightmare where it turned out that my heart was too fucked to go on T and I wouldn't see my fourties. It was surprisingly beautiful and solemn. I accepted my fate. But thank god it was just a dream
 
Breakfast: a banana, a bowl of gazpacho, a hard-boiled egg, 1 dl of smoothie that was left over after prep & portioning. The smoothie is RICH, consisting of two bananas, 1dl of oats, 1dl of soy protein isolate, 1dl of cashews, a heaping tbsp of PB, two tbsp of sugar, and water. Too high kcal for a daily staple, but today will be spent on my feet, so I need sustenance.

Now gym and then back home & shower & let Heikki out and then movie night with my friends <3
 
Gym was good. 0,4 dl of smoothie in the locker room. Got street harassed on my way home. I kept a neutral face and flipped him the bird. Bought groceries, showered. Lunch was an egg and 2dl of smoothie. Let Heikki out for a short run. Now on my way to a movie night at my friend's place. We were supposed to order takeout but they already ate so I packed dinner: 0,4dl of smoothie, one Monster Mango Loco, rye bread with parsley & parmesan, 1dl of dried cherries, 4 Brazil nuts, 4 almonds, 1dl of beef jerky. Going to walk home in the evening.

I was a bit careless at the gym and my right wrist hurts, took an NSAID and put tiger balm on it.
 
Me neither, but if you enjoy it that's good! Which reminds me: when I was at the outdoor store looking for shoes I saw they sold little bags of raw sheep's wool for people to put into their shoes when they lack adequate fat pads under their feet. It looked so silly at first but then I thought of you. Have you ever heard of that?
 
You can also buy sheepskin insoles, but you would need extra room in your boots.

Slow day but did a big cleanup. Accidentally stole chicken from the grocery store - used a self service cashier, beeped everything, but the chicken somehow didn't register. Didn't notice until I was already out of the store and checked the receipt, embarassing.
 
Snack: five falafels, 200g of cottage cheese
