Emily Rose: The Reboot

Oh, Em. I really, really must go see this movie. I have been wanting to for a while. I love Gaga!

I guess I'm in the flow of life right now. Long may it continue.
:party::party::party:
Hope you enjoyed your "free" night :)

I started watching The Bucket List, but got too tired and just went to sleep.

You should definitely take the time to go see it Cate.

Thanks LaMa, really enjoyed it.

Very positive Sunday so far, got up for yoga this morning. I really enjoyed it. I did yoga a few times this week already and I can feel that I've made some progress with it again. My arms are holding me up nicely and I don't feel as creaky.

Having roast chicken for dinner, bought a bright pink shirt for work and some new bras, having a shower later and getting ready for rehearsal this evening. I've actually spent time reading today, which is great.

Things are quiet today but that's what I need perhaps.

Em I might have missed it but what are your rehearsing for ? Show or something. I would love to do amateur dramatics but way too shy and wouldn’t have time right now .

Glad yoga went well and you had a good weekend .

Things that make us feel powerful.

For sure.

Hi Petal, yes, I was in an am dram production on Thursday night. It went really well, but yes, it is a big commitment time-wise.

Hi Cate, I haven't seen Bohemian Rhapsody either, also on the list.

Going to start tracking my food here again. I'm not really in good form at the moment, I'm not going to get into it, it's probably some post-play blues and some other stuff mixed in there too.

Hi Em nice to see you back. Well done to do the am dram . I would like but don't have the confidence. I went to see a production earlier in the week actually and it was pretty good . There is so much going on around this time of year .
Do you mix all that cereal up in one bowl lol ? I'd be on the loo all morning if I did .
Keep smiling x

Haha, luckily the mixed up cereal doesn't have that effect on me Petal!

Feeling slightly better but having a bit of a confidence crisis at the moment. Really worried about how I am coming across and how I have turned out the way I am. Today, I just really got the feeling that I am a complete weirdo. I don't like it.

Oh, Em. I'm in that boat too. I like the video LaMa shared. I have been shocked that people miss me & have been feeling quite self-conscious & out of sorts lately too. I think I need to find a new hobby & a new space that I am comfortable in. :grouphug:

Thanks LaMa. I did actually meet a lot of new people yesterday, so that probably triggered it.

Cheers for that one Tru.

Hi Cate, glad that someone understands. :grouphug:

Haha, I think Sting is pretty cool. Case in point:

Feeling a bit blue but the swim helped. I was thinking today that I may as well quit cigarettes because I'm still feeling miserable even though I'm ''allowing'' myself to smoke them right now. Wouldn't it be better to be miserable but not smoking on top of it? The pack I had is finished now, so let's see how I get on tomorrow. I had a run of days while I was on holiday so I know I can do it.

I'll leave you with this, great song:

Exercise makes such a difference to my general mood. I am not doing enough since I quit the club & that has to change. I hope you do give up the smokes, Em. I am going without alcohol for the month of March to try to lose some weight. I am starting to despair that I will never get my weight down. Sting must be SOOO fit!

:D My left hip will never allow me to be in lotus position. Headstands however are easy. Best of luck ditching the smoke.

You will get it down Cate, don't worry.

Lucky you that can do a headstand. I don't think I'm brave enough, even if I was strong enough.

Too tired to say much. Good day today. I am absolutely pooped this evening though. I'm trying to fit in one exercise thing a day, but even one is really challenging to make time for. I've had a lot of early starts this week. Going to watch the last episode of Maniac and go to bed.

Sounds like an exhausting day indeed, but you did well! To make a start on headstands I´d recommend keeping a wall behind you and a soft pillow under your head. Everything else is in your head.
