But Eric L (I assume L stands for Love Handles?), you seem to be doing well. Have you been incorporating enough cardio to lose weight? It seems like you are lifting heavy which is beautiful, but if you're cutting (I assume that is still your goal) KEEP POSTING YOUR WEIGHTS ON HERE and let me know your progress, and cut your calories and do some cardio and all that crap because you gotta get sexy if you wanna bang that hot lady in the hairnet at subway who gave you just a liiiiittle extra cheese on your chicken bacon ranch the other day, making you think "damn, she must dig me, I bet I could totally bang her if I lost this 10 lbs."

Cardio is done every two days (along with my my usual gym workouts) when I normally go to the gym.

It consists of interval cardio on bike or rowing machine right after the weight lifting routine. Usually last 20-30mins. Cardio is kept at around 60%-75% max heart rate to maximize bodyfat usage for energy. I can't wait to get my car fixed, I feel like a god damn prisoner always needing a ride everywhere. gah.

Tonight I have a computer to format/re-install OS. And I will possibly sell one of my already built computers as well - this ought to pay for my cars repairs.

Now I need to call my insurance adjuster who was supposed to call me yesterday.

I am feeling the aftermath of my deadlift - in the legs, glutes, lats, upper back and more.

I am in love with this lift.

Insurance has been dealt with, I am getting a free car rental and there is a local garage who is affiliated with my insurance company which makes any repairs done by them guaranteed for life.

I'm a happy man.

Today I went in for a quick upper body day, not on my routine, I tried a lot of things I haven't done, I'm happy with it, but my shoulder got a little stiff...

Weighed in this morning at 196ish.

I put some work into my nutrition last night as well as the big ass spreadsheet I am making for myself. Added new foods to it's database and made some breakfasts and snack plans. The rest is cake but tonight is workout night and I will probably not have time to put any work in that...I've had a slight discomfort since I benched on Monday....it's gone now...another home workout tonight.

How did the interview go btw?

I just noticed that my last deadlift also weighed 185# and not 195#. Still I think it's pretty decent.

Feelin' good. I received my usual shipment today which was about an hour long of light intensity cardio.

No time to work on meal plan but at least my breakfasts are all planned out.

edit: quick note - deadlifts are a killer grip workout...I like forearm strenght...rawr. Screw straps.

I personally wouldn't eat cake during a cut.

interview went interesting, not exactly what I was expecting, I thought it was more a foot in the door position, turns out its more of a "your the man" position, which I don't know, I'm probably not the man for the job yet (no experience in it....)

Anywho, those DB shoulder presses should be more than 20's... otherwise, keep at it.

I never eat cake actually....but I have to be honest...I totally pigged out yesterday evening. My lunch, actually my two lunches...we're almost 1k kcals each. I was still around a total of 2500ish kcals for my day since my breakfast was non-existent.

This morning I weighed .4 lbs heavier, I wonder why :D

I will be 195ish by Monday hopefully.

Well - I come back on my word. Last night was a busy night got home at about 9:00PM, ate, showered, played a game or two of Warcraft 3 and hit the sack.
So because of this - no pics we're taken.

I was expecting to hit this number by Monday, guess I will have to aim for 194 lol....

Love Warcraft III

I write my workouts down on my little pad and leave it at the gym so I don't really remember exactly what I'm doing or when I'm doing it, but I've, since we started, hit the gym 3x or 4x weekly and do upper & lower splits. I dunno, I've seen 15lbs added to almost all my weights so far, I think that I'm gaining strength, plus I've gained 4 lbs and can still see my abs so I'm certain my progress is fine... But I really should write down my workouts for you I suppose....


I skipped last night because I played final fantasy II on SNES for about 5 hours instead. Gah.

Roommate walked in same time I was doing these and went: "Holy ****!"
About 10 plates on each side made it look like it was a ton.

I'll be going to the gym tomorrow and will do shoulders, lats, abs and some cardio and whatever else I forgot.
 
Well, I was supposed to workout Sunday but that day ended up being a "be lazy and useless" day...I needed a day off of everything.

But now a new week begins, I have a rental car, woot woot.

Tonight my list of things to do is as follows:

FBW1 with a twist with some compounds. This should take about 1:30-2:00.

Then I need to fix a computer. Standard backup/format/re-install OS and upgrade memory.

Then I need to find songs for a few people I know.

Then I need to work some more on my nutrition.

Then me and my roommate need to clean up the damn apartment.

Then I will want to play a little WoW or WarCraft 3.

Then I will smack myself for working so much.

Then I will goto bed.
