Dry & Eric: The Green Mile

Don't know. Will weigh myself tomorrow morning.

Coming off a 3 day break. That felt pretty good.

Hitting the gym hard tonight - this time I will make sure to eat plenty for it.

My weight hasn't been going down as much as I want it to, but I am gaining pretty decent muscle mass which is what (I assume) is the reason why my weight is not dropping. Fat Loss + Muscle Gain.

Tonight I will give my body a go at a low rep + high weight routine and see what happens.

Called the skydiving school today to get some info...going to speak to some friends to see if they want to come along and will book accordingly tomorrow.

good luck skydiving is something I've always wanted to do, but haven't been able to find the space in my budget (yet).... soon enough....

I'm not lifting again today, I believe I will finally be settled into my new apartment, then I have to find the local version of the gym I'm a member of, I think that'll happen tommorow, but life's been strange in Dry-land of late.
 
Today is the most beautiful summer day yet - 39 degrees celcius :cool:

Not a single cloud and the sun is strong.

I did about 2 hours of weed-eater today and received a shipment of welding electrodes which consists of lifting 50# boxes off the skid and placing them on a shelf which can sometimes be over my head, this is a pretty good workout if you ask me.

I will do a smaller workout today, considering the above mentioned work.

I will do compounds only with rest in between each set.

I will do DLs w/shrugs, BPs, Chin Ups and some abs.

I got my PS3 back from my cousin (yay!). And my roommate finally got a job, life is good.

I'm officially able to get back into the gym this afternoon and am excited about it.
 
And since I changed gym locations, I created some new paperwork for myself to follow my progress. Woot!
 
Yes, I will renew my gym membership.

I had quite a ****ed up week-end, here's the story:

-I got my car back Friday and paid my deductible of 500$.
-I was happy, rode around a good bit to see if they did a good job.
-I went to Ottawa Saturday (1 hour drive) and my car stalled half way.
-It cost me 100$ for the towing.
-My week-end was ruined because of this.
-I found out (late Sunday) that the fuel gauge was defective and that I simply ran out of gas.
-I filled 'er up and it cost me 60$.
-Being the beginning of the month all my payments and whatnot went through and now my bank account is pathetic.
-I'm poor. *sad violin tune*

So basically, my last week cost me a ****load of money and time, plus my gym membership expired. It's like the world wants me to go bankrupt or something. But today is payday and our last month was a record month in sales so my commission will kick ass.

Saturday, it's party time at my fathers place. I'm going to make sure to get really really hammered and have a blast. Hopefully this girl I met a few weeks ago will be there, time to make a move.

As for the workouts, I will hit the gym Friday night with my usual high rep/low weight FBW. Next week I will give a go at a low rep/high weight routine and see what happens.

Anyhow, I did it! I'm booked for my sky-dive!

Yeah Yeah

I've been doing pushups and crunches randomly, but I know these aren't really doing much. I do blame that I found a new apartment and have been scrambling to move in and find furniture and get everything all set up, etc...... Now I should be settled in, but who knows, I should be going 3-4 times / week again
 
Usual FBW last night

With my deadlift being about 240#.

The rest we're normal.

20 mins of cardio.

Obliques and rear deltoids are a tad more sore than usual today.
 
Yesterday I went back with my new roommate, I thought he would be a little more on my level, guess not, but we'll work on that...

I did only compounds...

Benchpress: 135 x 10, 155 x 8, 155 x 8
Bent Over Rows: 90 x 10 x 3
Leg Press: 360 x 12 x 3

I threw in some shoulder presses, some dips and some pullups, so it felt good, today I go again alone and I think maybe I prefer to do it solo, as I can get in and out quicker and, even tho I don't have a spotter, I feel like I get a better workout.
 
considering the 2 week vacay... sadly I wish it was more. I feel 10x better today then I've felt in the absence so thats all that I'm concerned about.

I went for the one year package last night. 400 buckaroos.

Worth every penny, IMO.

The fact of having paid this much for my subscription is another motivation to go to the gym and not let this money go to waste.

P.S. : I need a squash partner, move to Canada.
