Dry & Eric: The Green Mile

Totally feel you on missing the exercise, Dry. Not on the reasons for absence, as I'm horribly spoiled, but still, I can sorta relate: yesterday I ended up having to do it later in the evening, and I felt all muggy and gross after about 2pm (when I usually hit the gym) until then. And that was like, a couple hours, haha.

I've been thinking ('cause I got some pretty serious traveling time coming up this year - 4'ish months all over europe, asia and the south pacific) and developing some routines I can do pretty much anywhere (partially for myself and partially for some others - P.S. almost done, I swear!) because I really don't think I could stop for more than a day of forced rest now if I wanted to.

Which is pretty cool for us, no? I think so. Excellence is my favorite addiction. :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

But really, I just don't feel motivated because I don't feel like I need to be at this point, I'm content with how I look for now :)

Focus, what is getting you to travel this much? Work? Studies? I'm jealous.

On an off note, I did not go to the gym last night but I studied all night. Tonight I am still not going to the gym, I have 2 applications to deliver to some potential insanely-well-paying employers. Wish me luck :cool:
 
Yesterday was a:

BP: 135 x 10 x 3
Rows: 90 x 10 x 3
Dumbell Bench / Dumbell Fly Super: (40 x 8, 30 x 8) x 2
Cable Flyes: 30 x 8 x 3

And then I did some 30 minute workout circuit. This is the **** that I hate. I like to think I know what I'm doing and that I'm on the right track, but my roommate sees this circuit thing and thinks it's a good idea. I can't create a routine for myself when I have somebody going who only wants to do cardio but doesn't want to do anything without a partner. I'm fine taking him and me doing my thing and he doing his, but at the end of the day it's annoying when I can't do what I need to do because he isn't interested in it...
 
I am taking a few days off, my back is pretty bad atm and I'm going sky-diving next week and want to be top shape.

Dry has announced that he is leaving.

Any takers on a partnership for this journal?
