I'm at 197.
No work done on my meals yet (I keep saying this, eh?). Once I do that...results will be pretty good.
No workout yesterday. No nothing...been putting time into buying a house lately...My roommate is being a ****...since I moved in with him he lost/quit 5-6 jobs. He owes me his half for internet/phone/satellite for 2 months and can't pay me...
I want to move out so I don't have to put up with this...but I don't want to waste money in renting an apartment...I want to put money into something solid (a house).
Don't you have a bench press station with rails at your gym? You can go heavy on those and it's made so you can lock the BB in place if you are going to fail. I know this is a machine but you could do this every 2-3 workouts and see what your lifts can be like at max effort.
I never seen this before today:
This is endurance exercise. Strength plays a little less in this IMO. To increase reps you must do many reps often...like every two days. And yes I do beleive those 2-3 lbs are enough to cut you back by one rep. Anyhow, this won't affect your bulking process IMO.
At this point I would use a weighted belt if I we're you...these high reps do not promote muscles growth as much as low rep + high weight would.
Good day
Eric

Here is a question I pose... I do three sets of max chinups. The first and second week I was able to do 24, this past week I was able to do 23. I thought I was getting stronger, however this would appear otherwise, unless its possible that the few pounds I've gained (2 or 3 lbs) over 20+ reps is wearing me out faster? Anybody with insight?
